Chapter 443: The God's Game

"Serpent God Ge's direct attack!!!"

The Serpent God opened its mouth, and the chaotic vortex in its mouth surged, like a pitch-black river bombing towards Fujiki You Xuan's field.

"Knowing Fujiki You Xuan's formation, still want to attack?" Mokuba was shocked.

"Because of the effect of 'Battle Mania', he has to attack." Judai was as optimistic as ever. "This way Fujiki You Xuan wins!"

On Fujiki You Xuan's side, the cards in the Graveyard also exited, and the furry little guy jumped onto the field with a series of "Kuriboh Kuriboh" calls.

"Clear Kuriboh's effect!" Fujiki You Xuan said. "When the opponent's monster declares a direct attack, banish Clear Kuriboh in the Graveyard, draw a card from the deck."

"If it's a monster, Special Summon that monster!"

"Hahaha, not bad, of course you want to activate this effect! The one at the top of your deck is the Winged Dragon that just returned through the effect of 'Cyber Valley', as long as this draw hits the Winged Dragon, the moment God Phoenix descends is when I lose."

He paused, and his tone rose sharply.

"However, will it be so smooth?"

"What?"

The audience was shocked.

In this situation, facing this sure-kill combination, does he still have any way?

"Activate Trap!" The Arbiter shouted. "Trap Card 'Both Lose'!"

"Both sides must send the top card of their respective decks to the Graveyard!"

"Nani!?"

The whole field was shocked.

Fujiki You Xuan's sure-kill combination, the Trap Card that was suddenly pulled out at the last moment of the sure-kill reversal!

"Oh no, the later activated Trap will resolve before 'Clear Kuriboh'." Marufuji Ryo said. "This way when Clear Kuriboh resolves..."

"The Winged Dragon that was originally at the top of the deck has been sent to the Graveyard." Judai also frowned.

Fujiki You Xuan's sure-kill Kuriboh Winged Dragon formation was broken.

The cards at the top of both sides' decks popped out automatically and fell into the Graveyard area. The moment Fujiki You Xuan's card was sent to the Graveyard, everyone heard a roar of divine power in mid-air, which seemed to be the Winged Dragon feeling regret and unwillingness for this combination failing at the last moment.

"Alright, then it's the effect processing of Clear Kuriboh." The Arbiter said loudly. "Draw card."

Serpent God Ge's attack was imminent, and the pressure of infinite ATK had already been like a mountain-toppling sea. Fujiki You Xuan stood against the divine pressure, and the golden light blooming from the seal artifact on his chest protected him like a spherical shield, holding back the Evil God's pressure.

Fujiki You Xuan drew the card.

"... I drew, Winged Kuriboh!"

Between Fujiki You Xuan's waves, the little Kuriboh with clean white wings jumped onto the field.

"Kuriboh Kuriboh!"

【Winged Kuriboh, DEF 200】

The Evil God's blow blasted out, sweeping across Winged Kuriboh like a flood. In front of infinite ATK, its mere 200 DEF was almost negligible, but the dark impact swept across, and although Kuriboh's body was destroyed, it stubbornly left a transparent barrier, helping Fujiki You Xuan protect all the attacks.

And even after it dissipated, the barrier still remained on the field without dissipating.

"In the turn Winged Kuriboh is destroyed, the battle damage taken by our side becomes 0." Fujiki You Xuan said.

"Heh, you still managed to survive by drawing a trash monster." The Arbiter sneered. "But how long can you drag on with this kind of means?"

He waved his hand and set another card.

"Set one card, turn ends."

Judai was quite frustrated: "Ah, Fujiki You Xuan's beautiful counterattack was actually cracked..."

The others didn't speak, but they all felt a pity in their hearts.

Serpent God Ge is an Egyptian God, and now there is the immunity of the three-layer Barrier, and the panel is still the exaggerated infinite ATK. And because of its strange victory condition change effect, even if you want to bypass Serpent God Ge and target the duelist—such as burn damage, deck-out, direct attacks, etc. —all of them have become invalid.

Such a terrifying monster, 99% of duelists would probably surrender the moment this thing appeared, right?

But Fujiki You Xuan not only fought, but also created such an opportunity with a clever formation. Even Kaiba, who rarely recognizes others, has already secretly appreciated it in his heart.

But obviously, what he has to face is not only that invincible Serpent God, but also the Arbiter who operates the Serpent God.

That Serpent God is terrifying, and its operator is even more difficult to deal with.

Facing such an opponent and such a combination, is there really any way to win?

"Fujiki You Xuan, he hasn't given up yet." Judai suddenly said.

Then he suddenly smiled.

"Don't worry, because he is Fujiki You Xuan."

Marufuji Ryo didn't speak, just looked at Fujiki You Xuan silently again.

Indeed, so far, no matter what kind of opponent, various barriers that they thought could not be crossed were finally proven by this Lord of the Yellow Clothes that "there is nothing impossible".

Even in such a situation and such an opponent, you should have a way, right?

"Activate Magic Card 'Card of Sanctity', both sides draw cards from the deck until they have six cards in their hand."

"Then activate Magic Card 'Weapon Hole'." Fujiki You Xuan said. "Send a card from the top of the deck to the Graveyard, and choose an Equip Magic Card from the deck or Graveyard to add to your hand."

He sent the top card of the deck to the Graveyard.

The Arbiter frowned: "Search for Equip Magic..."

"I add this card from the deck," Fujiki You Xuan had already drawn the card automatically searched by the Duel Disk, "Equip Magic 'Premature Burial' to my hand."

Sure enough.

The target is still the Winged Dragon!

This duel doesn't know when it has evolved into an extreme tug-of-war of trying to revive the Winged Dragon and preventing the Winged Dragon from appearing. Although the Winged Dragon is not on the field now, the core of the battle has become the game between the Egyptian God and the Evil God.

"Activate Equip Magic 'Premature Burial'!" Fujiki You Xuan said. "Pay 800 Life Points, revive a monster in your Graveyard in Attack Position!"

【Fujiki You Xuan, LP2800→LP2000】

Flames surged in mid-air, transforming into the body of the divine bird. The Winged Dragon appeared in a spirit-like state before it even appeared, spreading its wings and roaring at the Serpent God, as if it couldn't wait to appear and teach this former defeated opponent a lesson.

"I said, the dead should just stay honestly!" The Arbiter shouted angrily. "Discard 'D. D. Crow' from hand, effect activates!"

"Discard this card from hand to Graveyard, banish one card in the opponent's Graveyard from the game. And this effect can also be activated during the opponent's turn!"

As the card in his hand was sent to the Graveyard, a black ominous crow flapped its wings, as if flying from the broken void in mid-air. It came from the other side of the dimension and pounced directly towards Fujiki You Xuan's location.

Green light flashed in his eyes, and his volume increased.

"What I want to choose is, of course, this one... banish 'The Winged Dragon of Ra' in your Graveyard from the game again!"
