Chapter 824: Messenger of Love and Justice

The silver-blue Synchro ring cut open the dome, the Morphtronic body dissipated in the starlight, seemingly transforming into flowing electronic dust, injecting into the center of the ring along the Synchro light belt.

The metal skeleton reorganized in the lightning, hydraulic pipes wrapped around the mechanical dragon bone like blood vessels. The collision sound of mechanical fusion was like thunder, tungsten steel claws tore the light curtain, and the spinning chainsaw cut the air, making a tooth-aching hum.

Power Tool Dragon, summon!

【Power Tool Dragon, ATK 2300】

Just by performing a Synchro Summon, Leo was already so excited that he looked like he was going to heaven.

"See it see it!? My Synchro Summon!"

Leo punched the air.

"I've been rehearsing the lines and movements for a long time—"

Fujiki You Xuan also gave him face, taking out his hands to clap clap clap.

"Not bad, very strong." Fujiki You Xuan laughed.

"Right right!"

Leo was overjoyed.

The bespectacled student next to him shook his head helplessly: "Leo is really, he's like this once he duels."

"It's only just beginning now!"

Leo swung his arms again.

"I activate the Equip Spell 'Double Tool C&D' from my hand!"

A drill and a chainsaw came to Power Tool Dragon's hands respectively. Power Tool Dragon lowered its head to look at the new weapons on its arms, tilted its head, and blinked its mechanical eyes that didn't look very smart.

"Double Tool can be equipped to 'Power Tool Dragon' or a Level 4 or higher Machine-Type monster of Morphtronic!" Leo explained, "After being equipped with these two pieces of equipment, during my turn, the equipped monster's ATK increases by 1000 points!"

Power Tool Dragon activated the electric drill in its hand, the drill spinning at high speed with a buzzing sound, jumping with transparent blue current. At the same time, the energy output of the tool dragon seemed to have increased by another notch.

【Power Tool Dragon, ATK 2300 → ATK 3300】

"Then Power Tool Dragon's monster effect activates!" Leo said, "Once per turn, I can randomly select an Equip Spell card from the Deck and add it to my hand!"

The Deck in his Duel Disk began to shuffle automatically, and Leo excitedly rubbed his hands.

"What will appear? What will appear..."

Then he suddenly pulled out one of the cards that popped out.

"It's now!"

Leo pulled out the card with his right hand, covered his eyes with his left hand, and carefully peeked at the appearance of the card from between his fingers.

The next moment he was overjoyed.

"Oh oh awesome!"

"The card I searched is, Equip Spell 'Blast-Fire Piercing'!"

"Equip it to 'Power Tool Dragon' again!"

Power Tool Dragon, which had already gained equipment amplification, jumped with pale blue electric arcs on its body again, and its intensity seemed to have risen another notch.

【Power Tool Dragon, ATK 3300 → ATK 3700】

"Blast-Fire Piercing makes Power Tool Dragon's ATK increase by another 400 points! How about it? Very cool, right? Is it very powerful?"

Fujiki You Xuan nodded with a smile: "It is very powerful."

"Right right?" Leo was excited, "And there's more!"

Leo continued.

"Next, activate the Spell Card 'Scrap Box' from my hand!"

With his magic activation, a rather old-looking small box actually jumped onto Leo's field, shaking back and forth.

"Scrap Box can Special Summon a 'Morphtronic' monster of Level 4 or lower from my Graveyard!"

Leo took the monster returned from the Duel Disk Graveyard. At the same time, the scrap box shook, and a pile of parts came out of the box, quickly automatically spliced, assembled into the image of Morphtronic...

"Special Summon 'Morphtronic Datatron' back to the field from the Graveyard!"

The small red recorder quickly transformed, poked out its head, separated its hands and feet, put on the white repair device, and stood up again.

【Morphtronic Datatron, ATK 1200】

"However, Special Summoning by Scrap Box also has side effects; the monster Special Summoned by this effect must be destroyed during the End Phase."

Leo swung his arms.

"But! The monster effect of Morphtronic Datatron in Attack Position is that it can attack twice per Battle Phase!"

The bespectacled student expressed doubt: "But even if it can attack twice, don't you forget, Leo? As long as 'Marshmallon' is on the field, any attack cannot pass. Marshmallon cannot be destroyed by battle..."

"Hehe."

Leo touched his nose and smiled confidently.

"I've had a way for this for a long time. Well, just watch carefully!"

Leo was full of confidence.

"Use 'Power Tool Dragon', attack 'Marshmallon'!"

Power Tool Dragon's eyes lit up, full horsepower, swinging its long mechanical tail and rushing over, the drill in its hand spinning at super speed, buzzing and exploding with sparks and electric arcs.

Fujiki You Xuan said: "Piercing damage, huh."

"Exactly!"

Leo started swinging his arms at high speed again, making people really curious why his arms wouldn't get tired.

"And and and! The 'Double Tool C&D' equipped on 'Power Tool Dragon' also has another effect!" Leo said, "Besides increasing the ATK of the equipped monster, when Power Tool Dragon battles, it can negate the effect of the attack target monster!"

The bespectacled student finally realized: "So that's it! Not only can it pierce damage, but it can also negate Marshmallon's destruction immunity. Amazing, Leo!"

【Power Tool Dragon, ATK 3700】

【Marshmallon, DEF 500】

He couldn't help but look at Leo with admiration.

Why didn't I find Leo so powerful before?

Boom!

The electric drill pierced Marshmallon quite ruthlessly, and the latter's soft body was ground into fragments. The piercing current and air waves struck Fujiki You Xuan directly, and the impact of the 3D image surged across him.

【Fujiki You Xuan, LP 4000 → LP 800】

"It seems I really underestimated you a little."

Fujiki You Xuan patted the hem of his clothes that had been blown up.

In his impression, Leo's dueling level in the early stage didn't seem to be very good. How did he seem to be more powerful than in his memory?

Leo was proud: "Ah hahaha, of course! I am also a duelist who wants to become King!"

"Not bad, not bad. Then activate the set card, Trap Card 'Damage Vaccine Ω MAX'."

Fujiki You Xuan activated the back row.

"When I take damage from battle or card effects, my Life Points recover by the amount of damage I took."

【Fujiki You Xuan, LP 800 → LP 4000】

"Eh!?"

Leo, who was proud, froze instantly.

Three thousand two hundred damage, was recovered just like that...

Leo drooped his little head, depressed: "Why is that, I thought I could finish him off beautifully..."

"Don't be discouraged." Fujiki You Xuan encouraged his opponent, laughing, "Isn't your attack not over yet?"

"Right right."

Leo looked up and cheered up.

"Okay! Then use 'Morphtronic Datatron', attack 'Air Circulation Machine'!"
