Chapter 920: What is an Evil God

Emerald halos appeared one after another, and black claws probed out from the energy vortex. The armor that appeared inch by inch was constructed like a living body, and the blade wings cut through space and caused vibrations.

The scarlet eyes scanned the battlefield, the engine roared, the data storm and the dancing Yusei particles cheered in the air, bringing the first Synchro Summon of this duel.

【Blackwing Armor Master, ATK 2500】

Leo: "Summoned the trump card in the first turn! Crow is really amazing!"

"I, Crow Hogan, am always in a state of full firepower!" Crow said, "Go, Blackwing Armor Master, attack 'Chaos Core'!"

Summoning Armor Master in the first turn was also within Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan's possibility.

At this time, neither Crow himself nor Blackwing could be considered perfect, and Armor Master was Crow's core trump card in the early stage. But of course, the effect of Armor Master in this era was also quite powerful. Back when Yu-Gi-Oh just entered the Synchro version, even Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan himself had suffered a lot from this thing, and even suspected that his friends were using fake cards to lie to him, otherwise why would there be such unscientific things in the world...

Watching Armor Master rushing towards him aggressively, Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan couldn't help but show a nostalgic look.

"What a nostalgic monster..."

Reminded him of the days when he didn't even know what the Forbidden/Limited list was, and played cards happily with his friends without worries.

However...

At the moment of being attacked, above Chaos Core, the void space began to distort, as if the rift of time and space was suddenly torn open. Deep and majestic light suddenly shot out, like ancient ghosts, separately transforming into golden and blue phantoms.

Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder! Raviel, Lord of Phantasms!

The phantom of the Lord of Phantasms was like countless flowing light and shadows, and its posture transcended reality. Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder, was the incarnation of thunder, surrounded by electric arcs that kept jumping, and every thunder sounded like an echo from the depths of the universe.

"Nani!?"

The three people opposite were instantly shocked.

Evil God!

Even if it was just a ghost-like phantom, it still released the pressure from ancient times from its body, making people feel fear and awe involuntarily.

"Don't be nervous, it hasn't appeared yet." Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan smiled slightly, "This is the monster effect of 'Chaos Core'.

This card can be activated when it becomes the target of an attack or a card effect. Send 'Uria, Lord of Searing Flames', 'Raviel, Lord of Phantasms', 'Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder', at most one of each from the hand or deck to the Graveyard."

Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan displayed the monster cards with unique yellow and blue colors, and then sent them to the Graveyard.

"I send Raviel, Lord of Phantasms, and Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder, two Evil Gods from the deck to the Graveyard."

Crow came back to his senses: "Then the attack is still continuing, you have to take 2500 battle damage..."

"Hahaha, unfortunately, no need." Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan said, "After Chaos Core sends the Evil Gods to the Graveyard, it places two 'Phantasm Counters' on itself.

The battle damage I take this turn becomes 0. And, when Chaos Core is destroyed by battle or effect, I can remove one counter from it as a substitute."

Armor Master's punch slammed to half a meter in front of Chaos Core, and could not move forward half a step after hitting the wall, and had to be helplessly bounced back. Transparent ripples burst out in front of Chaos Core, but it failed to hurt the main body.

Crow: "Then I will use 'Blackwing - Sirocco the Dawn' to continue attacking 'Chaos Core'!"

【Blackwing - Sirocco the Dawn, ATK 2000】

The bird-beast warrior of Blackwing flew up again and punched out. Of course, without any surprise, the attack was still blocked by the invisible barrier in front of Chaos Core.

Although it failed to make a contribution, Jack nodded and said: "That's good, Crow. The counters of 'Chaos Core' were instantly consumed by two, and the substitution effect disappeared!"

Crow: "Set one card, turn end!"

Yusei, however, did not speak.

The three Evil Gods, legendary monsters in the history of Duel Monsters, should have three. From the effect just now, Chaos Core should be able to send the three Evil Gods from the deck to the Graveyard.

But the opponent only chose to send Raviel and Hamon to the Graveyard, only two cards. Yusei would not luckily think that there was no third Evil God in the opponent's deck.

Then a very large possibility is...

"Everyone, be careful!"

Yusei reminded.

"Godwin's hand, very likely already has one of the Evil Gods!"

Everyone: "!"

Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan laughed loudly.

"As expected of Yusei Fudo, his thinking is indeed agile. Crow Hogan is also not bad, attacking so fiercely in the first turn... then it seems I have to be a little serious here."

Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan smiled slightly.

"My turn, draw."

"Activate Spell Card 'Hand Destruction'." Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan said, "Both players discard their entire hands, then draw the same number of cards from their decks."

He threw away all the cards in his hand, and then drew cards again.

"Then activate face-down card." Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan opened the back row, "Continuous Trap 'Triangle Barrier'!

When this card is activated, all cards with the same name in the Graveyard can be activated on the field together." (Original card)

Triangle Barrier, when activated, can activate cards with the same name in the Graveyard, and when three cards are gathered on the field, once per turn, the battle damage generated by a monster can be made 0.

The ability to negate battle damage is quite tasteless, but being able to quickly gather three traps, this effect is already very obvious, it is Uria's exclusive card.

This is one of the traps specially matched for the Evil God deck by Yubel in GX.

"Just as you guessed, Yusei, yes, I already have an Evil God in my hand."

Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan waved his hand, and invisible air waves seemed to burst out on the three traps in front of him.

"Then now let you see... what is an Evil God!"

"Just as you speculated, Yusei, yes, I already have a Phantasm in my hand."

Fujiki You Xuan waved his hand, and invisible air currents seemed to erupt from the three traps in front of him.

"Then let me show you now. What a Phantasm truly is!"
