Chapter 984

"Destroy my Aesir Thor itself!"

The firmament suddenly split open with spiderweb-like black marks, and a pale dagger wrapped in the roots of the World Tree pierced through the clouds. The moment the blade pierced Thor, the thunder hammer Mjolnir actually made a crisp sound like glass breaking.

Thor's bronze divine body began to decompose from the wound, and the armor shattered into electrified bronze powder. Those splashing divine remains fragments turned into micro-thunderstorms during the fall, forming a lightning area.

Pompadour commentator: "Oh oh oh, who could have thought of this, in order to avoid the power of 'Waboku - Wave Force', Dragan actually chose to destroy God with his own hands!

Although this indeed avoided the fate of being returned to the deck, Aesir Thor was also destroyed, is this really worth it!?"

"This is fine."

Captain Harald outside the field smiled.

"Sure enough, Dragan that guy won't be stumped by such a simple move."

Brave also said: "Yeah, God is not so easy to be defeated. The duelist chosen by God will cover each other with God's power and exert the greatest power.

Only we who are chosen by these powers of the Lu En Eye, plus the greatness of God..."

"Not bad." Harald crossed his arms and nodded slightly, "We are invincible."

"..."

"God is immortal!" Dragan said proudly, "No matter how many times, he can be reborn from the ashes!

I set one card, and then enter the End Phase.

End Phase, the effect of 'Aesir Thor' in the Graveyard is activated.

When this card exists in the Graveyard during the End Phase, Aesir Thor is Special Summoned from the Graveyard! Revive, Thor!"

The sea suddenly exploded with monstrous waves, and burning Lu En runes appeared between the torn waves. A dull sound like an ancient war drum came from the seabed, and nine scarlet lightning bolts pierced straight down from the clouds, piecing together the outline of bronze armor in the center of the vortex.

Thor's eyes opened in the thunder, and more violent thunder jumped in his pupils. The fragments of his broken cloak were automatically stitched together, accompanied by the hissing of electric arcs as they flipped. When his giant feet stepped on the crest of the wave, the entire sea area was instantly covered with blue-white lightning spiderwebs, and even the splashing water droplets solidified into suspended thunder balls.

Mjolnir hammer broke through the deep sea and emerged, the hammer head wrapped in the newly born World Tree roots. The moment Thor grasped the hammer handle, all the lightning rolled back into his body, and the dark clouds in the sky were shattered into regular geometric cracks.

【Aesir Thor, ATK 3500】

"And, when Thor is revived by his own effect," Dragan pointed his finger at the sky, "deal 800 damage to the opponent!"

The revived Thor swung his war hammer again, and the divine hammer triggered the thunder of heaven, striking You Xuan's D-Wheel directly. His D-Wheel shook, and the few remaining Life Points also continued to fall.

【You Xuan, LP 1100 -> LP 300】

Pompadour commentator: "This... this is really completely unexpected, Aesir Thor actually has the ability to revive itself without cost, and each revival is accompanied by 800 damage.

Does this mean that defeating Thor will also be very unfavorable for You Xuan himself?

Especially since You Xuan's Life Points only have 300 left..."

"Not bad!" Dragan took over the commentator's words and laughed, "Your Life Points are already like a candle in the wind, which means you can no longer defeat Thor. Once you defeat Thor, Thor's revival will surely turn your Life Points into 0.

Even if you defeat me, it's the same. Because in a team match, even if my Life Points return to zero, the duel will not end, and I have companions behind me who can continue to entrust the battle. And as long as you take Thor's damage one more time, everything is over!"

Dragan said with contempt in his eyes.

"If you want to blame someone, blame yourself for being too arrogant, actually wanting to challenge this WRGP stage that represents the world's highest strength with your own strength."

"It seems that you guys are indeed stronger than the previous opponents."

You Xuan said calmly, and snapped his fingers.

"But before your turn ends, I will finally activate this card.

Trap Card 'Rainbow Life'!"

You Xuan stuffed a card from his hand into the Graveyard, and at the same time explained in his mouth: "Rainbow Life, by discarding a card from your hand, all damage you take this turn becomes invalid, and your Life Points recover to the value at the beginning of the turn.

And on this basis, recover the Life Points equal to the damage value that was invalidated." (Original effect) Dragan: "Nani!?"

This Nordic rider's pupils contracted, and he almost overturned his D-Wheel in shock.

Rainbow-like brilliance gathered in mid-air, just like the Bifrost in Nordic mythology. It's just that the energy of this rainbow bridge gathered in one place, and the seven-colored light merged into a white-hot pillar of light, all of which poured into You Xuan's body.

"My Life Points at the beginning of the turn were 3000, and the damage taken this turn was 2700." You Xuan said, "Therefore, my Life Points recover to 5700."

【You Xuan, LP 300 -> LP 5700】

Dragan was shocked: "Life Points suddenly returned to... how is it possible, all the attacks of God have become futile..."

The expressions of his two teammates outside the field also changed. Brave said in a deep voice: "Fujiki You Xuan, didn't expect to hide such a countermeasure..."

"The more it is at such a time, the more Dragan needs to stabilize his mentality." Harald said, "But it's just recovering Life Points, and we still control the God on the field.

As long as you don't mess up your own position, Dragan and his God are still enough to stabilize the situation..."

"My turn, draw."

At this time, it was You Xuan's turn again.

"In the Standby Phase of this turn, the effect of 'Dummy Possum' in the Graveyard is activated." You Xuan said, "In the case where Dummy Possum is destroyed by its own effect, in the Standby Phase of the next turn, this card can be Special Summoned from the Graveyard.

Therefore, I Special Summon 'Dummy Possum' from the Graveyard again."

【Dummy Possum, ATK 800】

"So that's it." Dragan seemed to understand, "Dummy Possum can explode itself every turn, and every time it explodes, it can revive itself in the next turn.

Then when a Beast-Type monster on the field is destroyed, the Green Baboon in the Graveyard can be Special Summoned. In this way, Green Baboon is also equivalent to gaining a semi-immortal body..."

But after analyzing it, Dragan smiled and shook his head again.

"Being able to achieve such a combo, you are indeed not bad. But this kind of revival ability is far worse than the true 'immortality' of the Aesir. And even if you revive Green Baboon, it is far from being an opponent of the Aesir..."

Who knew that You Xuan smiled even more eerily upon hearing this.

"I said before, the deck chosen today is just right as an opponent for Gods, you don't seem to understand what it means..."

"Nani?"

Dragan's expression changed slightly, and an ominous premonition began to rise in his heart.

"Since that's the case, let me demonstrate it directly to you."

You Xuan said.

"First activate Spell Card 'Aurora Draw'.

Can only be activated when your hand only has this card, draw two cards from the deck." (Original card)

You Xuan drew two cards, and then waved his hand.

"The effect of Dummy Possum is activated, in the case where a monster with higher ATK than itself exists on the opponent's field, you can destroy this card itself!"

Boom!

With a bang, Dummy Possum exploded again.

"At this moment, the monster effect in my hand is activated. This card cannot be Normal Summoned, and can only be Special Summoned from the hand when a monster on your field is destroyed by a card effect and sent to the Graveyard.

Appear—

—Meklord Emperor Wisel∞!!!"
