Chapter 545: Invasion
Inside the massive starship, Haz looked at the world quietly floating in the void in the distance and said in a flat tone: "Lugatim, I didn't expect Lord Regarzewa to send you to follow me."
The existence named "Lugatim" was a humanoid machine about five meters tall. Upon hearing Haz's words, he let out a mechanical laugh: "Since it is a world with special individuals, the Lord feels it is better to be careful."
"That is true."
Haz naturally knew that the one beside him was here to monitor him, but he wasn't stupid enough to point it out, just as that Lord hadn't pointed out that he was an eye.
After tacitly skipping this topic, Haz took the lead in discussing the main business: "Lord Regarzewa's judgment was correct. This world is indeed very strange; it is actually wrapped in a layer of space on the outside."
"And I don't know if this is the reason, but the fleet can only detect extremely limited intelligence."
Hearing this, Lugatim's pair of electronic eyes flickered: "Is that so? It seems this mission isn't as boring as I imagined."
Haz was already accustomed to his reaction and just continued: "According to the intelligence detected by the fleet, this world has creatures called 'dragons,' and the strongest in the entire world are creatures of this race."
As he spoke, the mechanical life pointed to the quiet world in the distance: "Look, see that big guy? That's it."
Following the direction Haz pointed, Lugatim soon saw a giant red dragon cruising in the outer space of the world.
"Is it the special individual Lord Regarzewa is looking for?"
"I don't know, the fleet only detected this much information, but judging by its status as the strongest, it should be it."
As Haz's voice fell, the interior of the starship fell silent.
After a long while, Lugatim said: "Then let's set off. Don't let Lord Regarzewa down."
"Good."
After the two commanders gave the order to advance, the fleet sailed toward the world in the distance.
After destroying countless planets, the [Tyrant Evil Ghost God Fleet] had a very detailed process for how to invade a world.
Basically, high-level cadres would take action to kill all the strong people on the planet, and then the fleet would clean up the battlefield.
Of course, if Regarzewa was in the mood, he would take action himself, but then there would be no need for the fleet to clean up the battlefield, as it was questionable whether the planet would even exist.
In silence, the fleet led by Lugatim and Haz had already entered the outer layer of the world.
But as soon as they entered this space, the former said uncertainly: "...I seem to smell the scent of those Elf Gods."
"Are you serious?"
Haz frowned instantly.
If that was the case, the situation was a bit complicated.
After all, the reason his Lord didn't follow the fleet out to conquer was because he needed to guard against those high-ranking Elf Gods making trouble.
And from this, one could see just how powerful those benevolent gods who claimed to be righteous really were.
Just as he was troubled by this, Lugatim couldn't help but shake his head slightly: "Maybe it was just contact; after all, this situation has happened before."
"...Also true."
After a little thought, Haz accepted Lugatim's explanation.
In the end, the fleet chose to attack this world because Lord Regarzewa had a whim; those Elf Gods couldn't have made a judgment in advance and set an ambush in this world.
Thinking this, he felt relieved, and his electronic components slowly cooled down: "Those guys are really persistent, but wanting to stop the fleet with just this is a bit too ridiculous."
Hearing this, Lugatim nodded in agreement.
Just as he was about to say something, a massive red figure suddenly appeared in front of the fleet.
"Outsiders, this world does not welcome you. Leave here immediately!"
Great Red looked at the metal structures in the distance that he had never seen before and issued a warning in a very serious tone.
Unfortunately, in the eyes of Haz and his companion, these words were nothing more than the threats of the weak.
Lugatim came to the outside of the starship, his pair of electronic eyes quietly observing the giant red dragon opposite: "Are you the strongest in this world?"
"Whether I am or not has nothing to do with you. Leave here immediately, outsiders!"
Great Red snorted, and a deafening roar erupted from his mouth.
Unfortunately, Lugatim did not feel afraid because of this; instead, he said with some disappointment: "Too weak... I thought the existence capable of tearing off a subsidiary plane would be how strong, but I didn't expect it to be only at this level."
As he spoke, a huge engine roar began to come from his body.
"I am one of the Jidu Tianhai under Lord Tyrant Evil Ghost God, [Heavenly King] Lugatim."
"Remember my name, and then go die."
As the voice fell, before Great Red could react, Lugatim launched a fierce attack.
