Chapter 6: Young Ladies Gather at the Amusement Park

9 o'clock is the time Dolbija Amusement Park opens.

On weekends, by this time, many people are already queuing at the entrance to buy tickets.

【Dear guests, thank you for waiting. The park is now open. Please queue to enter.】

After Dolbija Amusement Park opened, the people waiting outside surged into the park all at once, filling the park with a bustling atmosphere.

Most of the park's attractions had long been prepared to welcome visitors and could handle a sudden influx of large crowds.

The food and beverage services, however, were not quite as lively at first.

After all, spending inside the amusement park is relatively expensive, and since it is morning and everyone has just had breakfast, the food and beverage services will not be busy at the start; generally, they only begin to draw crowds about an hour after the park opens.

After the park opened, many staff members wearing mascot costumes handing out flyers soon appeared along the path leading into the park.

Naturally, Ren Amamiya was one of them.

"Excuse me, please give me a balloon."

Hearing the voice from behind, Ren Amamiya quickly turned around, skillfully picked up a balloon from the nearby display, and handed it over toward the slightly lower position where the voice came from.

From the view inside the mascot costume, it was a little girl wearing a deep purple kimono.

Her hair was styled in a purple hime-cut, and her voice sounded soft and sweet, very much like that of a well-bred young lady.

Yet, that simple and ordinary-looking kimono made one feel it was extremely expensive.

"Thank you."

The little girl thanked him very politely, which made Ren Amamiya feel quite fond of her.

Polite children are liked everywhere.

Watching the little girl turn and leave, Ren Amamiya continued to throw himself back into his work.

That purple-haired little girl disappeared into the crowd as soon as she walked into it.

Surrounded by a group of people, the little girl was led to a large, secluded, and quiet work carriage inside the park.

"Miss Iou, this way, please."

"Mm."

The little girl entered the work carriage and soon met her friend; the smile on her face immediately bloomed.

"Nagi."

"You're here, Iou."

Seeing her friend arrive, Nagi Sanzenin was also beaming with joy, then stepped forward, took her little companion's hand, and sat down on the sofa at the back of the work carriage.

"How about it, Iou? Did you feel that something was a bit different about that gentleman?"

"Mm, indeed, something was a bit different."

Miyako Iyo recalled the situation with that gentleman just now and nodded slightly seriously.

He clearly had a deathly expression, yet he had no intention of dying at all; three evil spirits were watching him, yet those three evil spirits did not strike to kill. This situation was indeed very strange.

Yet, Miyako Iyo wore a look of confusion.

"How did you come to know that gentleman, Nagi?"
