Chapter 268: Late at night, a call from Tong Liya?! (Seeking subscriptions!)

Of course, everyone could see Youku's approach.

After all, *Eternal Love* was so hot.

Tencent, iQIYI, and Mango were still regretting not getting the rights.

If they had gotten the rights, the market value rising now would be theirs.

And Youku understood this truth, so they simply took this opportunity to extend an olive branch and book the next drama.

This way, it would be a huge profit again!

After all, three consecutive dramas were all ceilings, and Yu Mo had become synonymous with hit TV dramas, so they were confident.

……

"How about it, do you want to cooperate!"

And Yang Mi also looked at Yu Mo, unable to help but ask.

"Cooperate, of course cooperate!"

Coming back to his senses, Yu Mo smiled.

"However, not cooperating on a TV drama!"

"Huh?" Yang Mi was stunned: "Not cooperating on a TV drama, then what?"

Yu Mo looked up at Yang Mi and smiled: "Tell them, ask if they have any intention to invest in a movie. If they are willing to put up money to invest in a movie, then I guarantee the next TV drama will still premiere on Youku!"

What...

Filming a movie...

Yang Mi's pretty face went blank upon hearing this.

"Wow, really? You're actually planning to film a movie!"

You have to know, the investment for a movie is no worse than a TV drama, and most importantly...

Movies are clearly more difficult than TV dramas and test the script and the actors' acting skills more.

It could be said that one careless move, and it's a total loss.

"You really dare to film a movie?"

"What, you don't want to?"

Facing the shock, Yu Mo asked back.

……

"Of course I want to!"

That goes without saying, Yang Mi dreamed of having a movie work. Just kidding, she filmed *Brotherhood of Blades* before.

But um... the response was so poor!

And because she cooperated with Chen Kaige before and filmed another drama simultaneously, it made Chen Hong very unhappy, threatening to ban her, which resulted in almost no one in the movie circle daring to cooperate with her anymore.

So...

Now hearing Yu Mo say he wanted to film a movie, she was a bit guilty: "But, can this work!"

Can it work?

It's better to remove the "can" part.

Just kidding, it's almost 2017. You have to know, in his past life, *Wolf Warrior 2* was about to be released.

And the most amazing part was that this drama directly grossed 5.6 billion!

5.6 billion in 2017!

This simply broke the ceiling!

Since he was going to film a movie sooner or later, Yu Mo definitely wouldn't miss this golden time period.

*Wolf Warrior 2*, *The Wandering Earth*, *Operation Red Sea*, let's just say, these top works, although they might be a bit outdated, Yu Mo wouldn't let go of a single one.

If he could settle these movies!

Wouldn't that be equivalent to breaking the ceiling of the domestic movie circle?

Heh, a top domestic director in his early 20s, tsk tsk tsk!

Think about this glory, how many female stars and beauties it would attract!

……

Still participating in variety shows? Forget it!

Where would he have the time?

And since there was free investment now, Yu Mo pondered: "Just tell the person in charge at Youku, as long as they agree, the next drama will definitely premiere on their side, that's it!"

Yang Mi, of course, didn't know Yu Mo's thoughts.

So she was still very shocked to hear this.

But tilting her cute head and thinking carefully, it made sense.

Anyway, this money is free, doesn't need to be repaid, and doesn't need to be shared, so why not try it!

Therefore, Yang Mi soon smiled: "Okay, I'll try!"

"Fine, let's leave it at that!"

Yu Mo stood up.

"Hey, where are you going?" Yang Mi asked hurriedly.

"Where?" Yu Mo pouted: "Back to write the script!"

After saying that, he turned and left on his own.

……

Fine!

Watching Yu Mo leave, Yang Mi was a bit angry. Hmph, every time money is mentioned, he leaves without even kissing me?

But forget it, such an ambitious boy is quite attractive.

Yang Mi soon revealed a charming smile, then dialed the phone: "Chen Xue, help me make an appointment with the person in charge at Youku, I want to talk to her!"

"Okay, no problem!" Soon, Chen Xue's voice came from the other end of the phone.

……

And speaking of Yu Mo, after leaving the company,

he heard a system prompt.

【Ding, congratulations on reaching 5 million popularity, obtaining an extra system reward: Acting Card +1, and simultaneously obtaining the movie script: Domestic Movie *Operation Red Sea*!】

Hmm?

Damn...

Yu Mo was stunned upon hearing the system.

It's already 5 million?

Sure enough, my popularity is still growing quite fast!

And most importantly, it also gave him the script for *Operation Red Sea*.

Tsk tsk tsk, it's exactly what he wanted!

You have to know, *Operation Red Sea* also had a box office of 3.6 billion. Filming it would also earn a lot of money.

And as mentioned before, this script has one benefit: as long as he gets the script, as long as he doesn't film it,

this movie won't come out.

So, how should I put it, it's perfect.

Since he had *Operation Red Sea*,

he'd keep it for now and do *Wolf Warrior 2*!

……

With a plan, Yu Mo soon returned to his apartment.

Then he sat in front of the computer to write the script.

And now, because his creative ability had reached 99!

Plus his particularly clear memory of his past life,

he sat in front of the computer, and the plot of *Wolf Warrior 2* played back as if it were right in front of him, easily.

So it only took five hours for Yu Mo to finish the script. ===== CHAPTER 269 =====
