Chapter 511

Because he was busy with *Avengers*, Yu Mo had forgotten about these. But then again, he couldn't invest in every work; if he were discovered, it wouldn't be easy to explain.

Besides, he still had plenty of good scripts in his hands, so he wasn't worried at all!

"It seems that domestic movies have been very competitive recently!"

Therefore, Yu Mo couldn't help but tease.

"Yeah!"

In the front row, Chen Xue also changed to a comfortable sitting position, and then said: "The entertainment industry has exploded recently, with excellent movies one after another. Heh, I think if you don't bring out a work that makes people's eyes shine, it is estimated that you will soon have no popularity!"

Popularity?

But Yu Mo wasn't worried about this at all. What kind of joke is that? Did I go to the US to play this time?

Taking down *Avengers 3*, as soon as this work comes out.

It will definitely crush these so-called mainstream works!

So Yu Mo wasn't worried at all and just continued to ask: "Then how is our studio!"

"Us!" Speaking of this, Chen Xue giggled: "We certainly haven't been idle either, but alright! I can only say that our focus hasn't been on movies, because movies have always been handled by you!"

"So in TV series, including variety shows, there have been quite a few gains!"

"For example…"

Yu Mo smiled when he heard this. Just kidding, in this day and age, only movies are the most profitable in the entertainment industry, but he still asked.

"For example!" Chen Xue said, then smiled: "You know *The Untamed*, right!"

Hmm?

Yu Mo's eyes lit up when he heard this: "Did Yang Mi invest in this?"

"Not really!"

Who would have expected Chen Xue to add another sentence, making Yu Mo almost roll his eyes: "No, then what are you talking to me about!"

Chen Xue said awkwardly: "That's naturally to tell you that the TV series industry is also very good recently!"

"Nonsense!" Yu Mo was completely speechless: "Just tell me what Yang Mi invested in!"

……

"Alright!" Chen Xue didn't really want to say it, but still said: "We invested in *Ashes of Love*!"

"*Ashes of Love*…"

At this, Yu Mo finally breathed a sigh of relief. Ha, it seems Yang Mi is also quite good. Although she didn't get involved in the film industry, the TV series *Ashes of Love* also had very good results, and it also made Yang Zhi take off, including Huanrui producing Xiao Lun, Luo Yunxi, and these people!

But when Yu Mo asked "Then who did we invest in?"

Chen Xue said: "We sent Chen Yuqi up, and she played the third female lead in it!"

Yu Mo: "…"

"Get out!"

At this, Yu Mo finally couldn't hold on and couldn't help but scold irritably.

You are playing an international joke with me here.

After all this, you only produced a Chen Yuqi?

I guess this was still sent in by Tang Yan!

……

But Chen Xue was also helpless: (afec) There's no help for it. When Sister Mi wanted to get the copyright for this TV series, it had already been taken away by Zhong Junyan. When I went to Huanrui with Sister Mi to talk about cooperation, who would have expected that they wouldn't give face at all, saying: "Ah, I've learned to be smart now. Whatever you want, I definitely won't give it!"

"Why? Because your vision is too poisonous!"

"So, Sister Mi had no choice but to invest and take 20% of the net profit, and then stuff a Chen Yuqi in!"

"So…"

"So, you didn't get into this show either, right!"

"Hmm…"

Chen Xue nodded helplessly.

……

Next to her, Tong Liya was laughing like crazy!

Hahaha, you're killing me.

It seems that in the half year she was away, Yang Mi didn't earn much either. How come it feels like she lost quite a bit!

This made Yu Mo a bit speechless.

How come it feels like Yang Mi's investment ability has dropped so much!

But alright, think about it carefully. In the past life, although Yang Mi was at Jiaxing Media, it was also after *Eternal Love* that she didn't invest in many plays; they were all other people in the company she promoted!

However, Yu Mo was still not reconciled: "Was there nothing else?"

"Of course there is!" Speaking of this, Chen Xue hurriedly said: "Although we didn't get the script for *Ashes of Love*, we got the script for *Ancient Love Poetry*!"

"Good, this is very good!" Yu Mo heard this and was afraid of any more forks, so he hurriedly said: "Don't touch this script, leave it to me to handle!"

"Hmm!"

Chen Xue also nodded, and then added with a smile: "Of course, there is also *Si Teng*, which also achieved good results on Youku. Jing Tian became popular, and this show also earned us nearly 100 million!"

"Are there any others…"

"Uh…" Chen Xue thought for a while: "In terms of TV series and movies, it seems there are none…"

Heh…

Yu Mo was completely speechless. After half a year, half a year, and they only produced this much!

"However!" But who would have expected Chen Xue to add: "In terms of entertainment variety shows, we also have good development!"

"Oh?"

These words made Yu Mo finally rekindle a bit of hope!

"Tell me!"

But who would have expected Chen Xue to laugh dryly: "This, well, you should go ask Sister Mi yourself!"

Yu Mo: "…"

……

Soon, chatting and joking all the way.

At 5:30 in the afternoon, Yu Mo arrived at the studio.

As soon as he returned to the studio.

Yu Mo found that it was much larger and there were many more staff members.

However, some staff members saw Yu Mo return.

They couldn't help but reveal surprised expressions.

"Damn, isn't that Yu Mo!"

"What are you talking about, call him Director Yu!"

"Director Yu actually came back, my God!"

"It seems our studio is saved!"

……

These words made Yu Mo, who had already entered the studio, pause his steps.

What do you mean by saved?!!!

He glanced at Chen Xue. Alright, the latter actually lowered her head guiltily this time.

Just by lowering her head like that, hey, Yu Mo sensed something was wrong.

I'm afraid it's not that simple!

……

However, he was too lazy to care about so much and went directly into Yang Mi's office.

At this time, in Yang Mi's office, the top-tier beauty wearing a light yellow silk long dress was sitting on the boss's chair, angry and ashamed.

"Aiyo, this Yuehua has quite a temper. They want our Liying to cooperate, otherwise, if Cheng Xiao and Meng Meiqi want to jump ship, they have to pay three times the liquidated damages, which is equivalent to 160 million!"

"But the key is, even if Liying goes to cooperate with Wang Yibo, can this show be a hit?"

At this moment, Yang Mi was already a bit guilty.

It turned out that during this period, Yang Mi saw the traffic potential of variety shows. You don't need acting skills, you don't need anything, but as long as it's popular, the money will come pouring in!

Humph, I've already lost a lot by investing in movies; I can't do this anymore.

If Yu Mo comes back and finds out, he will definitely kill me!
