Chapter 82

……

He hadn't expected

that after leaving Tang Ren,

Yang Mi's development would be so rapid.

Not only had she transformed into a popular first-tier actress,

but she also owned her own media company.

Although Liu Shishi and Tang Yan had also left,

when it came to actual development, Yang Mi was a cut above.

……

Especially now, even when meeting her,

his status had changed.

It was a meeting between an investor/producer and an actor!

……

"How could that be!"

Yang Mi hadn't expected such a huge change either.

However, she enjoyed this feeling very much.

She just smiled and said: "To me, you will always be Brother Hua!"

"Oh, stop it!"

Huo Jianhua was amused, shaking his head and waving his hands.

……

"Oh, right, let me introduce you!"

Yang Mi pulled Yu Mo over.

"This is our director for *The Journey of Flower*, Yu Mo!"

"He was the director of *Swords of Legends* before!"

What, the director of *Swords of Legends*?

"So young!"

Huo Jianhua was a bit surprised, but he still shook hands with him enthusiastically: "Hello, I am Huo Jianhua!"

"Hello, Yu Mo!"

"For the next few months, we will be working together!"

"Of course!"

Even though this person was a rookie director,

Huo Jianhua still dared not be negligent.

After all, *Swords of Legends* was too popular.

Perhaps by the end of the year, it would win the grand award for the annual Xianxia blockbuster!

This man might even go up to receive an award!

……

Next was the audition.

Of course,

the audition was actually just going through the motions.

Because most of the roles had already been selected.

And the ones remaining were all insignificant.

But even so, the process still had to be followed.

Huo Jianhua would play Bai Zihua.

His acting skills went without saying; they were definitely up to par.

And Hua Qiangu was also reserved for Zhao Liying.

So the other roles were chosen based on their lack of importance.

……

Finally, after a day of auditions,

the confirmed cast list was as follows:

Huo Jianhua, playing Bai Zihua.

Zhao Liying, playing Hua Qiangu.

Jiang Xin, playing Xia Zixun.

Zhang Danfeng, playing Dongfang Yuqing.

Ma Ke, playing Sha Qianmo.

Ruan Weijing, playing Shan Chunqiu.

Jiang Yiming, playing Mo Yan.

Li Chun, playing Ni Mantian.

Dong Chunhui, playing Luo Shiyi!

And so on!

……

As soon as the cast list was released,

it caused quite a stir online.

"What, Bai Zihua is played by Huo Jianhua this time!"

"Wow, it really is Brother Hua!"

"Haha, then this will be worth watching!"

Because Huo Jianhua had previously played Xu Changqing in *Chinese Paladin 3*,

he had gained a lot of fans.

And he was also the immortal cultivator in everyone's hearts.

So, there really wasn't any objection to him playing Bai Zihua.

……

But when they saw the female lead was Zhao Liying,

many people were confused.

"Zhao Liying playing Hua Qiangu? Who is Zhao Liying!"

"Don't know, probably a newcomer!"

"Heh, needless to say, it's another drama to promote newcomers!"

Originally, everyone had no objections to Huo Jianhua.

After all, his acting was solid and he had high traffic.

But Zhao Liying, they hadn't even heard of her.

A newcomer,

actually playing Hua Qiangu.

What did this mean?

"It's just like *Swords of Legends*, promoting newcomers again!"

"Damn, no way, I hope it's not that paralyzed acting like Xiao Feng!"

Although *Swords of Legends* was very popular,

Xiao Feng's acting had always been criticized.

So everyone was worried that this time,

it would again be using Huo Jianhua as a foil

to promote this actor named Zhao Liying.

……

Of course, for Yu Mo, these things had no impact. ===== CHAPTER 83 =====
