Chapter 366

January 7th, Wednesday.

The leisurely Sinnoh holiday is always short; after the holiday ended, Qing Yu soon returned to the Paldea region.

Although the time he went out wasn't long, after returning to Sunshine Gym alone and opening the door to see the pitch-black and completely empty hall in front of him, Qing Yu couldn't help but feel a sense of emptiness.

As the Sinnoh Champion, Zhulan naturally had her work to be busy with after the holiday.

From coming to Paldea to prepare for the Dragon-type Master Tournament, to the end of the Sinnoh New Year holiday, it was already very rare for the two to be able to spend nearly a month together.

"Sigh——"

However, even knowing that he couldn't ask for more, Qing Yu still couldn't help but feel lost when transitioning from a lively and warm atmosphere to a solitary life.

Finally, all emotions turned into a sigh; Qing Yu also patted his cheeks, used a "sobering slap" on himself, forced himself to cheer up, and recovered some spirit.

"Since I'm back, let's prepare well for the next work!"

Time came to the new year, and he would also officially lead Sunshine Gym from decline to brilliance.

Let's start with serving as the eight-gym leader of the Champion Road!

Spring break is over, and students will soon welcome the new semester; he, the examiner, cannot slack off.

After returning to the gym, Qing Yu soon released all his current Pokémon.

"Ga-ao?"

Miraidon opened its eyes, and after seeing the indoor layout it was familiar with, it instantly revealed a happy expression.

So Miraidon immediately trotted out of the gym and returned to its loyal post.

Traveling or something was still too unfriendly for it; itself didn't have any interest in seeing scenery or encountering other Pokémon.

"Home" was still more suitable for it!

Seeing this, Qing Yu couldn't help but twitch his mouth.

If he didn't absolutely trust his judgment, he would really think this guy was just an iron slacker waiting to die...

However, it was still impossible to draw a conclusion now; everything had to wait until Area Zero opened again to see the truth.

Before that, all he could do was try his best to collect the five kinds of Herba Mystica and restore Miraidon's full power.

Qing Yu sighed and turned his gaze to the other Pokémon.

"Ying..."

After returning to the familiar home, Frigibax soon narrowed its eyes, and its body also seemed to relax.

Then...

Duang~

Just like the kneading action subconsciously made by a kitten, Frigibax, which finally had room to move, immediately bumped its head against Qing Yu's calf.

Although the force wasn't great, and every time it was bounced to the ground because of the reaction force, the little guy still enjoyed it tirelessly.

"..."

How come these guys are all so worrying?

Qing Yu could only helplessly support his forehead; fortunately, Frigibax's current strength was very small, and he gradually adapted to this feeling of "pain and happiness."

After all, it's a way of expressing intimacy, so I can only endure it for the time being!

"Lu!"

As perhaps the most self-disciplined existence in the entire Sunshine Gym, after Qing Yu's gaze left for just a few seconds, when he saw Riolu again, it was already holding two dumbbells and started today's training plan.

Regarding this, Qing Yu could only silently give a thumbs up.

This trip had quite a big impact on Riolu; although it had challenged some wild Pokémon along the way, the training volume might still be too small for it.

Even so, the cultivation progress of "Invisible Fist" had already quietly reached the critical node of 95%.

However, according to Qing Yu's guess, maybe to truly learn Invisible Fist, one still needed to pass the final trial of the Master Dojo, which was the set of processes for getting Kubfu in the game.

Finally, one needed to face Master Mustard in a battle.

So maybe after Riolu entered a bottleneck, he would have to find time to go to the Master Dojo?
