Chapter 229: You Are Not Allowed to Play Pokémon! Chapter 103

After taking the first point, taking advantage of Wallace's opportunity to think about who to send out, Qingyu decisively recalled the meritorious Glimmora.

Both sides quickly threw out another Poké Ball.

Clodsire vs. Gyarados.

Facing Gyarados's Intimidate, the dazed Clodsire was startled after the fact.

"Clodsire, Yawn!"

"Gyarados, Ice Fang!"

After the previous probing, this time both sides made very conventional commands.

Wallace's side, fearing Clodsire's Water Absorb ability, didn't choose to use the more powerful Waterfall even in the rain, but instead used Ice Fang to chip away.

The power wasn't high, but at least it caused Clodsire to lose more than 1/3 of its stamina.

As for Qingyu's side...

The goal was simple: force the opponent to switch.

With Tentacruel already dealt with, Qingyu could be certain that Wallace's team no longer had hazard-clearing ability.

So what he would do next was self-evident.

After Gyarados yawned, Wallace decisively rotated again, recalling Gyarados and sending out Ludicolo.

Ludicolo entered the field, and the rain left behind by Politoed showed no signs of ending.

Based on this, Qingyu immediately judged that Politoed was carrying a Damp Rock item to increase the duration of the rain.

These small details might not be noticed by ordinary trainers.

But for him, who had played at least ten thousand ranked matches, it had almost become an instinct.

At this moment, Wallace must be wishing that this was just a Water+Ground type Quagsire, which is 4x weak to Grass, rather than this more troublesome Clodsire...

It's a pity, he can't switch.

"When Wallace's all-Water-type team encounters the Water Absorb ability, I don't even know how he's going to play!"

The smile on Qingyu's mouth rose a little more, and he gave the command again:

"Clodsire, Toxic Spikes!"

After scattering two layers of Toxic Spikes in succession, facing the Ice Beam from Ludicolo, Clodsire didn't dodge at all and took it with its face.

Then, it spat out a Sitrus Berry from its mouth, swallowed it, and its stamina quickly returned to health.

【So disgusting, I want to punch Teacher Qingyu through the screen...】

【This is too underworld! Is the streamer really not afraid of being hunted down in real life?】 ===== CHAPTER 231 =====
