Chapter 353: Encounter! The loneliness of being abandoned by the world! [Third update]

【This Gao Yao... actually isn't all that bad...】

【The money he saved was all for his younger sister... he must love her so much!】

【Didn't you see those deposit records? They were all for a few dozen yuan! He surely couldn't bear to spend money on himself in daily life!】

【Sigh, but being greedy for petty gains is still a bad habit!】

【Sobbing! Seeing this scene reminds me of my mother! She also raised me all by herself, it was really not easy!】

【This is the sense of responsibility of an older brother! He absolutely cannot let his sister suffer!】

【I hope Gao Yao and Yi Xiaochuan can return! And reunite with their families!】

【Where on earth did Gao Yao go?? I still can't see him anywhere!】

【It's hard to imagine how a ten-year-old child managed to raise his sister...】

As Gao Lan recounted the story.

All the viewers couldn't help but sympathize with the plight of the Gao siblings.

They even developed a bit of admiration for Gao Yao.

A ten-year-old child, having just lost his parents, had to shoulder the responsibility of raising his sister!

And in the footage, the plot continues.

Yi Xiaochuan contracted the plague on the road and collapsed in a faint; the group carried Yi Xiaochuan to a medical clinic.

But the Physician flatly asserted that there was no cure and told the group to carry Yi Xiaochuan to the room where corpses were kept to wait for death.

To the surprise of all the viewers!

Liu Bang was unusually cold about this, even feeling a bit glad about Yi Xiaochuan's disappearance, and went on his way with the corvée laborers!

Clearly, he had no intention of looking after this brother of his.

But Lu Su, who had been secretly following Yi Xiaochuan, snuck him away to care for him attentively.

During the care, the weak Yi Xiaochuan bluntly said he wanted to eat tomato scrambled eggs.

To fulfill Yi Xiaochuan's wish, Lu Su searched desperately.

But all the viewers knew.

In this era, tomatoes hadn't even been introduced yet.

No one had ever heard of tomatoes either.

And when Lu Su found an inn, she heard the waiter introduce that the chef here often made some strange dishes.

"Our head chef is famous for miles around! Any dish you can name, he can make!"

"Why don't you come with me to the kitchen and ask?"

And as the camera followed to the kitchen.

All the viewers immediately recognized the back of Su Chen, who played Gao Yao!

Dressed in coarse hemp clothes, his hair hung behind him like withered grass.

He was clearly not very accustomed to life in ancient times.

But he had still managed to become a chef at an inn by relying on his skills.

"The dish I want is tomato scrambled eggs!"

The moment Lu Su's words fell!

Su Chen suddenly looked up and turned to look at her.

"What did you just say?!"

"Tomato... scrambled eggs!"

"How do you know about tomatoes? How do you know tomatoes can be scrambled with eggs?!"

"I don't know either, my husband wants to eat it."

"What is your husband's name!"

"Yi Xiaochuan..."

As Lu Su answered with some hesitation.

Su Chen's face twitched, his eyes turned red, and he took several deep breaths.

Clearly, he was excited to have finally found Yi Xiaochuan.

Living in this era over two thousand years ago.

Except for Yi Xiaochuan, he couldn't find even a shred of the feeling of 'home'!

Subsequently, Su Chen hurriedly followed Lu Su to the dilapidated house outside the city.

He saw Yi Xiaochuan, who was nearly unconscious. ***
