Fu's mother also joined in the pleasantries: "It's too cold; we'll head back first."

Once he finished speaking and the candies were all distributed, his purpose was achieved.

He knew the family compound was curious about the triplets, but his wife and children weren't monkeys; he didn't want people gawking, at least not during the confinement month.

It was the dead of winter; he feared some people wouldn't be considerate and would keep running to their house day after day, which simply wouldn't do.

Not long after they entered the house, Seeing Fu Yanwan and the others arrived.

They had arrived at the hospital first, only to be told she had already been discharged; fortunately, it wasn't far, so they hurried over quickly.

Zhang Yurong wasn't worried about this, after all, her in-laws weren't that kind of people: "Second Sister-in-law, look at what you're saying. Our fourth brother is now a Deputy Regiment Commander; can't he support his wife and children? You should worry less about idle matters."

Hao Yanhong glared at Zhang Yurong: "Look at what the third sister-in-law says; I was just showing concern for the fourth brother; how did that become meddling in idle matters?"

Seeing Fu Yanwan didn't want the Xiao family to see a joke: "Second Sister-in-law, Third Sister-in-law, let's walk faster; I'm so eager to meet the fourth sister-in-law and my nephews and nieces."
