Chapter 1776: Who Made You Angry
Just as she was worrying, Fu Yan Cheng called: "Wife, I'm coming back to the city tonight; wait for me."
Liu Chuxue said irritably, "If you're coming back, just come back. Why call? I just went back out again."
Hearing her tone was off, he asked, "Wife, what's wrong? Who made you angry?"
Liu Chuxue said weakly, "I was thinking of sending the triplets to the school's nursery class so my drop-offs and pick-ups would be on the way. I went to ask, but they said only school teachers and staff can send the kids there; as a student, I shouldn't even think about it."
Fu Yan Cheng, hearing it was this matter, said, "I already asked through connections about this before; I was busy and forgot to tell you."
Isn't there a government-run kindergarten not far from the school? They accept babies over two years old. I also had someone speak to them there; the triplets can be sent there.
Besides, it's even more on the way, saving you from entering the school and then having to detour specifically to the nursery class. The government-run kindergarten is right on your way to school; it's just a step."
The problem was solved, but Liu Chuxue was still not very happy: "You really are something. Everything was arranged, and you didn't say a word. The sun was so strong today, and I still made a special trip."
Fu Yan Cheng quickly apologized: "I did forget this matter. Calm down, Tang Xiaoxiao. When I get back tonight, I'll apologize to you in person, okay?"
Thinking the call had a transfer in between and someone might be listening to their conversation, her desire to say anything else faded: "Fine, hurry up and get on with your business; I need to get busy too."
Fu Yan Cheng smiled at the corner of his mouth: "Okay, I'll listen to my wife. See you tonight."
After saying that, he hung up. Liu Chuxue's face turned slightly red. Couldn't this guy say fewer words? He wasn't afraid of others thinking too much.
Then, turning around, she thought again: She hadn't said anything outrageous. Let them think whatever they want.
When she got back that evening, Liu Chuxue told the triplets about going to kindergarten: "What do you think?"
Le Bao looked up and said, "Mom, can we not go?"
Liu Chuxue shook her head: "If you had been there, you wouldn't ask Mom such a question. There are many children your age there; you can make lots of friends."
Le Bao stared at Liu Chuxue with her big eyes: "But there's no Grandma Wei, no Brother Wenbin, and no Mom, Dad, or Uncle Song and Aunt Song."
Liu Chuxue pulled her into her arms: "But your older brother and younger brother will keep you company. I'll take you there in the morning and pick you up in the afternoon. You'll still see the people you want to see, and you can make even more friends. Isn't that better?"
Seeing Liu Chuxue had no intention of softening at all, Le Bao said, "Then okay, but Mom, you must be the first to pick us up."
Hearing her daughter's childish voice, Liu Chuxue felt somewhat reluctant in her heart, but this day had to come eventually.
Most importantly, right now there is only autumn enrollment, no spring enrollment. To transfer in, someone would have to leave the kindergarten, transfer schools, or move up a class to free up a spot.
Her family was different from others. Other families only need to wait for one spot; hers needs three at once. Finding someone would mean owing favors. It's better to let them go to the daycare first; later, arranging their promotion to a higher class will be easier.
Le Bao nodded. Fu Bao and Kang Bao naturally had no problem; their catchphrase was: "We are little men."
This was instilled in them by their father, Fu Yan Cheng. Every time the two little ones said this sentence seriously with their arms crossed, she wanted to laugh: Look how their dad has duped you.
