Chapter 403: End-of-Month Reflections and Beginning-of-Month Request for Votes (Requesting Monthly Tickets)
End-of-month reflections and beginning-of-month request for votes (requesting monthly tickets)
Let's chat a bit first; I updated 230,000 words last month, so looking at it that way, the update count can't really be called low.
It might be because I updated everything in the evenings, which led to a poor reading experience; next month, the first priority is to try to move updates to the daytime.
I have already paid off 102,000 words of the owed updates, so that brings it back to 110,000; I will work hard to pay off the debt in September. There are so many "tentacle monsters" (prolific writers) now, so I should also save up and see if I can have a burst of updates at some specific time.
Then, let's talk about the plot.
Regarding the plot, last month's plot was relatively scattered, but it was mainly focused on the Civil Code, Public Interest Litigation, Tort Liability, marriage and family, and also the interspersed plotline for Zhang Wei. Do you all relatively prefer reading about Criminal Cases or Civil Law matters?
Civil Law matters are just trivialities; there's no need to say much about that. Some people don't like reading about small matters, but there's no way around that; it's impossible for everything in life to be a major event.
So, everyone please make a choice first. The outline has already been prepared, but if you all prefer certain types of cases, then the ones you don't like can be squeezed out.
A preview of next month's plot: as you could tell from the previous chapter, first, it will target the various bizarre recruitment situations of many a Company. You can't just say you can hire however you want, and that there's no liability if you unilaterally reject someone. There is a lot to be said about this; it's just telling the truth. In real life, no one would bother to get serious about it, so it's still fine to do so in a novel.
Also, there is the gym I already set up as a plot point. Many book friends said I already wrote about it, but no, what I wrote was how to avoid pitfalls when signing a contract; now, I am writing about the specific situation.
I won't reveal the plot; I have indeed prepared quite a lot, and I hope to present it brilliantly.
I won't say much more; no matter how much I say in these reflections, it's not as good as updating a few more chapters. Many book friends told me last month that they are reading the book, but they just won't vote for me unless I have an update burst.
As it turned out, I only had one day of bursting last month. This month, I have to burst for a few days no matter what...
