Chapter 245

"Lin Ye-go! Full speed ahead!!"

Hum!

The EX-rank chariot charged straight at Scáthach. Although Lin Ye had always treated this chariot as a means of transport, don't forget, a chariot isn't just for carrying people! Ramming people is also what it's best at!

Boom!

Facing the speeding chariot, Scáthach had no time to dodge. She immediately braced her body with one spear and thrust the other spear fiercely at the chariot!

Boom!

The chariot collided with the spear. Master poured all her strength into the spear, but the spear still began to bend continuously!

30 degrees! 60 degrees! It looked like it was about to hit 90 degrees!

Suddenly, another red spear appeared under Master's feet. She kicked the end of the spear directly with her foot!

Gáe Bolg!

Bang!!

In an instant, the chariot's direction shifted slightly, and it was precisely because of this shift that Scáthach dodged the chariot's charge with a flash!

"That was close."

Scáthach was somewhat shocked by this strike from Lin Ye. Lin Ye had too many methods; even though she had known Lin Ye for so long, she still didn't know how many trump cards he had.

Hum!

Scáthach discovered that the chariot in the sky suddenly drifted and charged at her again. At this moment, the dual spears in Scáthach's hands turned into two red lights!

Swish!

The red light pierced directly through the chariot in front of her! However, the roaring sound of the chariot being destroyed did not ring out; all there was, was a sky full of flower petals...

"Illusion!"

Scáthach finally reacted. She had been tricked; she had actually used her Noble Phantasm on something like this! A thrown spear takes one second to fly back, but in a clash between true experts, one second is enough to change too many things.

"Master! Be careful!"

Suddenly, Lin Ye appeared in front of Master. In his hand, a red spear emitted a strong, ominous light!

"Did it succeed! Then... Noble Phantasm release! Gáe Bolg!"

Boom

The red spear turned directly into red light and shot toward Master's body!

Gáe Bolg, although only B+ rank, is a genuine causality-manipulation Noble Phantasm!

Cú Chulainn's Gáe Bolg failing against everyone else was because he had Luck E; Scáthach was only slightly stronger with Luck D. Facing this spear from Lin Ye with Luck A, and with her own spear not having returned, how could she block it!

Pfft!!!

The red spear pierced directly through Scáthach's body, and bright red blood fell from mid-air. The moment Scáthach felt the pain in her chest, a smile appeared on the corner of her mouth.

"Have I... finally lost?"】

"Lost?" Seeing her own failure, Scáthach revealed a smile. "Lin Ye... you truly didn't disappoint me."

(S: Because the official version hasn't released a full-power Scáthach, I can only roughly judge Scáthach's combat power. Skadi doesn't count; strictly speaking, the two are not the same person at all.

According to Ulster legends, in the Uathach war, it is known that Cú Chulainn defeated three great warriors; Cú Chulainn could defeat Uathach with technique, so Uathach is approximately equal to five great warriors; Uathach + six great warriors could defeat Scáthach, so Scáthach's combat power is approximately equal to ten great warriors, equivalent to two and a half Cú Chulainns.

With Lin Ye's current strength, defeating Scáthach shouldn't be a problem. After all, Lin Ye has no divinity and isn't affected by Anti-Divine attacks.) ===== CHAPTER 247 =====
