Chapter 79: Apology

Qingcao, you little bastard, this is a serious scolding saying I'm sick!

"Yue, are you home?" The two were horsing around when suddenly Caoyuan's voice came from outside the door.

Mujing stepped forward, looking guiltily at Wu Yue: "Caoyuan's mother is my mother's biological younger sister, so my mother was that anxious; my mother originally wanted to come apologize to you."

"But Caoyuan's mother is in poor health, so my mother stayed to look after her."

She took them out and gave one to each; Caoyuan and Mujing ate with oil dripping from their mouths.

Wu Yue smiled and handed each of them another piece: "The method is simple; Qingcao has already learned it; if you have time, bring a piece of fatty meat to my place and I'll teach you."

The two nodded repeatedly.

"Caoyuan, how is your mother's health?"

Wu Yue looked at the round, chubby little female who, even while joking, had a hint of worry in her brows, and said:

Caoyuan sighed: "After eating, my mother kept saying her stomach hurt; but after we took her to the shaman, the shaman had no herbs that could treat her mother."

Mujing beside her nodded: "Grandma looks like she's in great discomfort."
