One is that department leaders attach great importance to party conduct, clean government construction, and anti-corruption work, coordinate and organize the development of work, and leaders of relevant departments and units must earnestly implement the responsibility system for party conduct and clean government construction, improve their understanding of anti-corruption work, clarify their attitudes, and increase leadership efforts. All departments must earnestly implement the spirit of the Municipal Committee's anti-corruption work, conduct special research in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Committee and Municipal Government's 'Division of Opinions,' make deployments for the work, and carry out learning work in this regard. Whether it is a lead department or a participating department, they must regard coordinating and organizing the grasp of anti-corruption construction as an important task of the department and system, put it on the agenda, and regard it as their own business, and earnestly grasp the implementation. Second, integrate anti-corruption and clean governance into the various business tasks of economic and social development. All departments must combine the actual situation of the department, closely combine business work, and when formulating economic, social, and cultural development policies, issuing major reform measures, and formulating various rules and regulations, combine them with the key tasks of anti-corruption construction undertaken, study them together, deploy them together, and inspect them together, strive to solve deep-seated contradictions and problems affecting economic and social development, strive to eliminate institutional obstacles affecting scientific development, and prevent corruption from the source. Third, coordinate up and down, work together to promote the implementation of key anti-corruption tasks. All district-level departments and units must study carefully, plan meticulously, formulate feasible implementation plans according to the division of tasks, further decompose the key tasks undertaken within the department, clarify the specific responsibilities of each business section, and some departments also need to further refine the tasks undertaken and implement them to individuals.
