II. We must effectively implement the key tasks of this anti-corruption work. In accordance with the needs of the situation's development, and based on the principles of strengthening organization, overall coordination, individual responsibility, and holistic advancement, we shall adopt a work structure where leading groups are responsible for some tasks, coordination groups for others, and relevant departments for the rest. For work already under the charge of a leading group, no coordination group shall be established. For work that can be completed primarily by a single department, no coordination group shall be established; for work requiring the coordination and cooperation of multiple relevant departments, a coordination group shall be established. Following the city's work deployment and suggestions, we must clarify the key anti-corruption tasks and the division of responsibilities. Under the leadership of the District Committee and the District Government, all leading groups, coordination groups, and relevant departments must use a more resolute attitude, more effective measures, and more solid work to ensure the implementation of these key anti-corruption tasks. Specifically: First, grasp organizational coordination. Grasp the overall situation and coordinate in a timely manner; go deep into reality to track and coordinate; discover problems and coordinate immediately. The discipline inspection and supervision organizations of all departments must also grasp organizational coordination, actively assist the Party committee and administrative team in implementing key tasks, report work conditions frequently, and strive for leadership to take initiative in grasping implementation. We must organize the business sections of our own departments, fully mobilize the strength of all eight aspects, and push for the implementation of key tasks. We must properly handle relationships with all parties, be adept at coordinating, be adept at pushing forward, and continuously improve our ability and level in organizing and coordinating anti-corruption construction. Second, strengthen supervision and inspection. All departments must persist in integrating supervision and guidance into organizational coordination, and through strengthening supervision and guidance, push for the implementation of key tasks. We must strengthen supervision and inspection, track and supervise the progress of key work, and discover and solve problems in work implementation in a timely manner. We must strengthen comprehensive feedback on the implementation of tasks, adopt various forms, and provide feedback on work implementation through multiple channels. We must strengthen the guidance of typical examples, summarize and promote good experiences and practices in implementing key tasks in a timely manner, and guide and push work across the board to reach a new level. For those who implement tasks well, we must affirm them in a timely manner; for those who are ineffective in implementation, we must urge rectification in a timely manner to ensure the completion of all key tasks. Third, strengthen organizational leadership. All departments must incorporate the implementation of key anti-corruption tasks into their important agenda. The main leaders must take overall responsibility and personally grasp implementation, and other members of the team must grasp implementation according to the requirements of "one post, two responsibilities." The leaders of the lead departments of the leading groups and coordination groups must put forward principled opinions and requirements, strengthen specific work guidance, listen to reports on the situation in a timely manner, analyze the situation, study problems, urge implementation, and the responsible comrades of participating departments must also frequently study the work they undertake, and actively cooperate with and support the lead departments to complete tasks together. For work tasks completed by a single department, we must attach even greater importance, organize carefully, strengthen measures, and not wait or rely on others, so as to implement the key anti-corruption construction tasks undertaken by our own departments well.
