"Does that ice cream still count?" the young wife carefully asked on the phone.

James Black’s corner of the mouth gently lifted, and he hummed in agreement.

"A formality audition? It’s already decided for me?" Jane Sampson was shocked. "How did this happen? Sister Tin, how did you manage this?"

"How did I manage this? I just made a call to your Chief Black right after you left the company, speak up on your behalf," Rock Bell didn’t dare to take full credit. "Chief Black said, nobody can bully you, Jane Sampson. So, as for the specifics, you’ll have to ask Chief Black yourself."

After speaking, Rock Bell added a couple of reminders, "Be there at the audition hall at 3:30 in the afternoon. At 2:30, Coco Edwards and the driver will come to pick you up. So, remember to set your alarm clock for the nap, don’t lose track of time."

After saying that, Rock Bell hung up the phone joyfully and then sat in the office fiddling with the pen in her hand pensively.
