Chapter 746: Must Find You

"Everyone, we cannot afford to let our guard down," Li An said, his gaze becoming grave. "Although we have already sealed the Shadow of the Abyss, there are still many unknown enemies in this world. We must continue to cultivate diligently and raise our strength in order to meet the challenges of the future."

The night was like ink, the stars hidden, darkness shrouding the entire world, as if heralding the coming storm. Li An stood at the edge of the Abyss of Darkness, staring down at the churning dark aura below, his brows tightly furrowed. He knew that to reseal the Shadow of the Abyss, he had to find the "Key of Light" and the "Key of Darkness." However, the two keys seemed to have already been hidden or moved, making the task extraordinarily difficult.

"Alice, I must find you." Li An murmured to himself, then his figure flashed as he leapt into the Abyss of Darkness.

Inside the Abyss of Darkness, ghastly winds gusted, and dark aura permeated the air as if it were solid. Li An wove through the labyrinth of darkness, relying on his keen perception to search for Alice's aura. Suddenly, the sound of an intense fight came from ahead, and Li An's heart tightened~ as he immediately accelerated forward.

Turning a corner, the view before Li An suddenly opened up. He saw Alice being surrounded and attacked by a group of black-robed henchmen. Those henchmen wielded sharp blades with vicious, clearly well-trained moves. And although Alice was the guardian of the Key of Darkness, at this moment she seemed somewhat overwhelmed, already wounded in multiple places.

"Alice!" Li An shouted, his figure darting toward the battlefield like a phantom. With a sweep of both hands, his spiritual power surged violently, instantly sending several black-robed henchmen flying.

Alice saw Li An's arrival, a flash of delight crossing her eyes, but she immediately became worried again. She knew that although Li An was powerful, facing so many enemies, even he could not guarantee coming out unscathed.

"Li An, run! There are too many of them, you are no match for them!" Alice shouted anxiously.

Li An, however, seemed not to have heard. His gaze burned like a torch as he swept it over the surrounding enemies. He took a deep breath, and the spiritual power within him surged violently, as if to illuminate the entire darkness.

"Want to leave? It won't be that easy!" A black-robed henchman sneered as he charged at Li An, the sharp blade in his hand glinting with cold light.

Li An snorted coldly, his figure dodging aside like a phantom, while simultaneously kicking out at an enemy beside him. That enemy only felt a tremendous force strike him, his whole body taking a heavy blow and flying out. Li An seized the chance to swing his long sword, every strike incomparably fierce, and in an instant several enemies fell beneath his blade.

However, the enemies seemed endless, continuously surging out from the darkness to attack Li An. Although Li An was powerful, he gradually began to feel somewhat overwhelmed. Wounds began to appear on his body as well, fresh blood staining his clothes red.

"Li An, careful!" Alice suddenly shouted loudly, as a black-robed henchman launched a sneak attack from behind Li An.

Li An's heart chilled, his figure instantly retreating violently, while at the same time he reversed his sword and sliced that ambushing enemy clean in two. But this retreat caused him to fall into the enemies' encirclement.

"It seems I have to use some real skill." Li An sneered coldly. He gripped his long sword tightly with both hands, the spiritual power within him surging violently, as if to tear this entire darkness apart.

Suddenly, Li An's figure shot up, like a tiger descending the mountain, instantly plunging into the enemies. His long sword danced like a wandering dragon, every strike incomparably fierce, and in an instant large numbers of enemies fell beneath his blade. The remaining enemies were also intimidated by Li An's might, retreating one after another, no longer daring to step forward..
