Chapter 209: Furious Monkey Evolution, Black Ash Defeats Xiba!

Another surge?

However, this surge is a bit off; the blue light plus the water cannon turtle being wrapped in the water flow, when it appeared, the power of the water cannon suddenly increased, directly blasting away the big rock snake's iron tail.

Xiba was very curious about the water cannon turtle that counters the huge big rock snake, intuitively feeling that the water cannon turtle still hides a special ability; previously encountered water cannon turtles never triggered such surge trait, except in emergencies responding to the trainer, which then activated it.

【Shitron: That's a sign of the bond evolution same as the Kōga Ninja Frog; could it be that the water cannon turtle also needs bond evolution?】

【Mikuri: Not likely, how could the water cannon turtle still have bond evolution? Black Satoshi's water cannon turtle's current move should just be Wave Guide Power and surge trait.】

"Earthquake!"

The huge big rock snake struck the ground with its tail, with a bang, the surrounding ground immediately trembled.

The water cannon turtle couldn't stand firm.

"High-Speed Spin!"

To avoid this earthquake, Ash let the water cannon turtle use high-speed spin, and also could take the opportunity to use Water Cannon, directly attacking all around indiscriminately.

The large turtle shell spun rapidly; the two water cannons fired from its tubes were like steel-forged by the huge big rock snake's tail, not only easily blocking the water cannon but also using the force to fling the spinning water cannon turtle out.

The water cannon turtle rolled once in midair, then extended its limbs and head, quickly adjusting its posture upon landing, and still landed steadily on the ground.

"Earth Power!"

The huge big rock snake raised its head and roared; earth power surged beneath its feet. Accompanied by booming sounds, stone pillars shot up from the ground like sharp spear tips, pointing directly at the water cannon turtle.

"Water Cannon!"

Ash's eyes narrowed, and he infused Wave Guide Power into the water cannon turtle's body.

Instantly, the water cannon turtle's tubes gathered surging water flow, forming a thick water cannon that blasted straight toward the huge big rock snake.

Boom—

The collision of the water cannon and stone pillars instantly produced a 'dong dong dong' explosion sound, which was the water cannon easily smashing the stone pillars; the shattered stone flew everywhere, but the water cannon and stone pillars continued to attack each other.

Bang!

The water cannon blasted toward the huge big rock snake, but several stone pillars stabbed toward the water cannon turtle.

The huge big rock snake was blown back repeatedly by the water cannon, its massive body fully exposed to the attack range, letting out a painful roar.

The water cannon turtle also endured the stone pillars' attacks, its shell gouged with several deep marks, yet it remained standing. While suffering the pain, the water cannon turtle surged water from beneath its feet, wrapping itself; the surrounding rushing water responded, instantly breaking free from the stone pillars' restraint.

Then the water cannon turtle's tubes sprayed out a stronger water cannon at a speed visible to the naked eye.

"Dig!"

Xiba decided to temporarily avoid the sharp edge, never expecting the water cannon turtle to suddenly unleash such a powerful water cannon; the huge big rock snake could hardly withstand it.

"Roar!"

The huge big rock snake, taking advantage of the moment, dove into the ground to dodge the water cannon turtle's water cannon!

"Useless, the water cannon turtle has Wave Guide Power, so it knows the huge big rock snake's underground movements crystal clear."

Nazi whispered, she had experienced the water cannon turtle's Wave Guide Power, which not only boosts strength but also allows sensing the movements of surrounding things.

"The Wave Guide between Ash and the water cannon turtle has already been practiced to perfection..."

Just as Professor Oak finished speaking, he saw the huge big rock snake burst out from the water cannon turtle's body, this time directly using its head to smash fiercely at the water cannon turtle.

The water cannon turtle blocked the huge big rock snake's chin with both fists, while the tubes behind it nervously gathered water flow, preparing to counterattack, but the pressure from the huge big rock snake was of utmost importance.

"Come on, water cannon turtle!"

Ash, watching the battle in Mialeishi, couldn't help shouting loudly, cheering for the water cannon turtle!

Shitron and the others also shouted, urging to cheer for the water cannon turtle; Xiba's strongest Poké Ball is the huge big rock snake, if Ash and the water cannon turtle can defeat it, victory is not far away!

Bang!

The pressure from the huge big rock snake was truly too great, even the ground beneath the water cannon turtle's feet kept sinking; the tubes behind it shot out a strong water column, blasting the huge big rock snake's body, and it used the recoil to slide backward, avoiding the huge big rock snake's strike!

"Rock Blast!"

The huge big rock snake also flung chunks of large rocks at the water cannon turtle.

Ash quickly took out a Spirit Ball to recall the water cannon turtle, and immediately sent out Pikachu.

"Use Iron Tail to knock away the rocks!"

Pikachu nimbly darted, used Iron Tail to cleave the rock, then used one piece of rock as a springboard, leapt high, like a bolt of lightning directly downward smashing Iron Tail into the huge big rock snake's head.

Xiba also exchanged his Poké Ball, switching to Roaring Rock.

As soon as Roaring Rock appeared, it saw a blinding white light; when it cleared, Pikachu's Iron Tail had already struck it, its whole body slammed downward, even cracking a large section of the ground.

"Roaring Rock is gone, the big rock snake's condition is also bad, Quick Fist Guy is still dazed, now Xiba is completely at a disadvantage!"

Yulongdu saw Xiba's situation was not optimistic; Pikachu is truly fierce, having already defeated several of Xiba's Poké Balls.

"The Mosquito Coil Swimmer is also restrained by Pikachu; looking at this, Xiba will lose!"

Yishu remembered Ash's battle tactics in his heart, would definitely not fall for Ash's tactics, and also.... targeting Pikachu.

Just as they thought, Xiba really was about to lose.

Although the just-released Quick Fist Guy had woken up, facing Ash's Furious Monkey he gained no advantage; after being hit by the Furious Monkey's Fury Punch, he was surprised to discover that the extremely violent Furious Monkey had also evolved.

Furious Monkey evolved into Abandoned World Monkey!

Its body was spherical, covered in light gray fur, a pair of red eyes, with cross-shaped veins bulging on the forehead and below the eyes when angry, limbs dark gray, both feet and left hand having black rings.

After evolution, its type became Fighting plus Ghost.

Quick Fist Guy's attacks had no effect on the Abandoned World Monkey, being solely attacked by it; soon it directly lost its battle capability.

Evolution during battle is still relatively rare for Furious Monkey......

Everyone saw that after Furious Monkey evolved into this form, it felt a bit aged, lacking the liveliness of the Furious Monkey era.

【Ma Zhishi: Ash, look, Furious Monkey isn't strong? Now in such a high-level competition it can defeat opponents, why bother handing it over to others to train?】

【Ash: Yes, it was my oversight; back then I saw Furious Monkey liked that boxing match, so I left it with that uncle; now after learning a lot from Black Satoshi, I won't make the same mistake as before!】

And Xiba's subsequently dispatched Mosquito Coil Swimmer faced off against Wonderful Frog Flower.

Again, Venusaur wore it down to the point of losing battle capability, a turret-style attrition tactic, and being countered, Mantine couldn't withstand it at all.

Although the Giant Onix had defeated the Abandoned World Pig, it was ultimately defeated by Venusaur.

Xiba's six Poké Balls all lost battle capability, he was defeated, losing to Ash.

"Ash, your strength is too strong, you've already surpassed me, keep pushing forward, there are even stronger ones waiting for you ahead!"

Xiba told Ash, acknowledging his strength, saying he hadn't tasted defeat from such a young trainer in a long time!
