Chapter 151: What happened to the promised comedy? The audience can't take it!

Although... but, Cheng Yong's doing is not a problem!

Exactly, if I were Cheng Yong, I wouldn't sell fake medicine either!

This Zhang Changlin is too bad!

Sigh, watching this part is a bit hard to take!

They said it was a comedy, why do I feel something's off!

Seeing this, most of the audience felt something was off.

They said it would be a comedy...

How did it suddenly become a bit tragic?

At the premiere, Deng Chao, Zhang Ziyi, Xu Zheng and the other main creators all had a hint of a meaningful smile.

As Director Lin would say.

The knife-person's plot has arrived!

In the movie, time whooshed by and a year passed.

Cheng Yong made money selling medicine, set up a factory, and his business was booming.

But the audience were wondering, how are Lv Shouyi and Xiao Huangmao doing?

The scene shifted, Lv Shouyi's wife came to the door and told Cheng Yong that Old Lu's health had collapsed, Zhang Changlin's grandson had run off, the India medicine had no source, Old Lu couldn't take it and even slit his wrists!

Hearing this, the audience's hearts clenched.

Even more, Lv Shouyi's wife knelt on the ground begging Cheng Yong for help, but Cheng Yong had security pull her away and drove off himself.

This caused the audience to explode, with curses rising and falling.

Immediately after, the first knife appeared!

Cheng Yong went to the hospital to visit Lv Shouyi.

When seeing the hospital bed, Deng Chao's portrayal of Lv Shouyi was skin and bone, a sickly appearance.

Many female audience members had moist eyes.

And the professionals.

Upon seeing this, they couldn't help but nod, affirming Deng Chao's acting skills!

"Deng Chao's acting is awesome!" Lao Mouzi said.

"Yeah, completely bringing that deeply ill appearance to life!" Chen Daoming also nodded seriously.

Hearing this, Lin Mo then told them about the experience of filming this scene: "For this scene, Chao Ge went without sleep for two full days and nights, just to show the most real side!"

That explains it.

No wonder this scene is so realistic!

Suddenly, Lv Shouyi's wail in the movie sounded, making people's hearts go cold, that pain, hearing it makes one feel afraid.

Sentimental audience members couldn't stop their tears.

The following scene left the film critics in the audience astonished.

Zhang Yimou, Feng Xiaogang, Jiang Wen, Han Canping and others all widened their eyes, shouting "Amazing!"

In the shot, a soft yet slightly abrupt beam of light lay evenly between Cheng Yong and Lv Shouyi's wife, like an invisible dividing line, showing the two's inner worlds to the audience in the most direct way.

Sitting on the left side of the light and shadow, Cheng Yong's face was tense, his hands unconsciously clasped, sometimes gripping, sometimes loosening, revealing his inner unease. Each time Lv Shouyi's heart-rending wail sounded, it was like a sharp knife fiercely carving a piece from his heart.

While on the right side of the light and shadow, Lv Shouyi's wife's face showed an unexpected calm, even said to be habitual indifference; her eyes and expression held no obvious sorrow, nor anger or resentment, only a profound emptiness that seemed able to swallow all emotion.

"This shot is awesome!!!" Zhang Yimou exclaimed.

"Old brother, this shot is divine!" Jiang Wen was also astonished.

Likewise, Feng Xiaogang, Ge You and the others beside them were stunned.

Especially Han Canping, upon seeing this shot he was moved, simply saying the two words: "Awesome!"

At the same time.

All the film critics present.

The shock in their hearts is hard to put into words!

This shot...

Enough to become legendary!

Cheng Yong personally made a trip to India to save Lv Shouyi.

Seeing this, the audience breathed a sigh of relief; this guy Cheng Yong still had a bit of conscience.

But the next scene.

directly grabbed their hearts.

Don't!

Don't do stupid things!

Finally, Lv Shouyi, unable to bear the torment of his illness, chose suicide!

Cheng Yong was still a step late!

Leaving Lv Shouyi's home, the patients in the hallway had indifferent gazes; Cheng Yong dared not face them, hastily brushing past.

He glanced back, Xiao Huangmao sat alone on the stairs, stubbornly holding back tears while eating an orange; that scene broke people's hearts.

This plot left the audience feeling choked up, agonizingly painful.

Perhaps it was Lv Shouyi's departure, or perhaps the blatant indifference in the hallway, that made Cheng Yong resolve to sell medicine again, for those in need.

The appearance of pirated medicine again drew the police's attention.

The police took all the patients who bought the pirated medicine back to the station for interrogation, hoping to learn from them who the medicine seller was!

Several dozen patients sat together, not uttering a sound.

At that moment, an elderly grandmother trembled as she stood up, her voice shaking:

Leader, please do me a favor!

I... I just want to beg you, stop investigating the India medicine, okay?

I've been sick for three years...

I don't want to die, I want to live, okay?

At this point, the audience couldn't hold back their tears.

I have to say.

Lin Mo found this old lady; the line's infectious power, the emotion was completely maxed!

I can't take it!

Even some professionals couldn't bear it when they saw this.

This line really hits the heart!

We said it was a comedy, but I'm crying to death!

Damn it, Lin Mo is such a bastard!

Wanting to live is so hard...

Waa waa waa!

Movie fans were crying uncontrollably.

Even many people began to curse Lin Mo.

You said it was a comedy?

This person is really a bastard!

Here.

Bai Lu also couldn't stop crying, and while crying she said, "Re Ba, your man is too awful; I really thought this was a comedy, but this part made me cry to death!"

Not to mention Bai Lu; even Re Ba, who knew the plot beforehand, couldn't hold back her tears.

She also patted Bai Lu's shoulder, saying, "Don't cry, don't cry, I'll comfort you!"

Hearing that, Bai Lu broke into a smile through tears.

On the other hand, Yang Mi remained composed.

After all, having gone through so many ups and downs, she wouldn't easily break into tears like Re Ba.

Next.

A long-missing character appeared.

That's right, it's Academician Zhang, Zhang Changlin.

He found Cheng Yong and tried to extort money from him!

Cheng Yong had no choice; he took 300,000 from the safe and let him take the money and flee.

Zhang Changlin also delivered the film's classic line!

"I've sold medicine for so many years, and I've discovered that there's only one disease in this world: poverty."

Poverty!

This line is just too realistic!

Yeah.

The world has only one disease, and that's poverty!

And as expected, nothing unexpected happened.

Zhang Changlin was arrested, but what's more unexpected is that he didn't confess about Cheng Yong.

Seeing this, the audience exclaimed, "This guy is pretty righteous!"

As the plot progressed.

The later part gets more and more painful.

Little Yellow Hair took the blame for Cheng Yong and was killed on the spot by a truck.

Xu Zheng, who played Cheng Yong, his first crying scene in the film was also incredibly moving.

Can't take it, can't take it!

At the premiere, Shen Teng, Ma Li, Chen He, they just couldn't bear it.

Like Xiao Tian, he had already burst into tears.

And finally.

Cheng Yong also couldn't escape; he was arrested!

A famous scene: ten miles of long street seeing off the medicine god!

Even Zhang Yimou, Chen Daoming, Jiang Wen, and Han Canping, upon seeing this segment, couldn't hold back, their eyes moist.

Because Cheng Yong performed well, he was released early; his brother-in-law came to pick him up and told him that no one takes the India medicine anymore, as the genuine medicine has been included in medical insurance.

Finally, as the ending theme played, the screen also listed the country's medical insurance policy.

Thus far.

The premiere of "I Am Not a Medicine God" has ended!
