Chapter 506

Dawei.

Indeed, he's still that familiar foreign vlogger!

On YouTube, he has as many as 4 million fans!

Of course.

This still can't compare to the big internet celebrity Jia Kang Ge.

One could say, Dawei is a loyal fan of Lin Mo!

Starting from British Duel, he has watched every film of Lin Mo thereafter.

He even went out of his way to find Lin Mo's earlier works.

As early as two days before.

He posted a video on his own YouTube channel.

He will definitely watch Batman: The Dark Knight, and said he would share his thoughts after watching.

Although tickets for The Dark Knight abroad aren't as extravagant as in China, they're hard to get.

But.

They're still in high demand, requiring long queues.

And as an internet celebrity with millions of fans, he naturally doesn't lack movie tickets.

London.

In front of an IMAX theater, the queue snaked three blocks, and Dawei even held up a selfie stick while livestreaming: "Guys, see this line? I arrived an hour early and could only get a middle-seat spot!"

"It's absolutely crazy; I haven't seen such a scene in a long time!"

"Lin, he really is changing the landscape of world cinema; I didn't say this, director Cameron said it on Twitter!"

Dawei shouted excitedly at the camera.

Soon, after queuing and entering the theater, he went into the screening hall.

Dawei was shocked again by the sight before him.

Not only was the occupancy 100%, even the aisles were filled with people.

"OMG!"

Although Batman: The Dark Knight had strong pre-sales and promotion beforehand.

But...

Seeing this scene before him, he was truly astonished!

"Everyone, this is a historic moment; I believe you also see many Huaguo fans in my video comment section praising this film to the skies, with just over ten minutes left until noon, I'm so excited!" Dawei was very excited.

As a loyal fan of Lin Mo.

He was really looking forward to this film.

Especially last night, many Huaguo fans sent him private messages on his account.

They practically hailed The. Dark. Knight. Rises (Batman: The Dark Knight) to the heavens.

Calling it the greatest villain in history.

The Joker's acting is divine!

The best superhero movie!

Anyway, such exaggerated comments flooded his comment section.

Not only Dawei, but other foreign fans also unleashed limitless imagination on Batman: The Dark Knight.

What kind of film is this exactly?

That would make people go so crazy.

Ten minutes passed in the blink of an eye.

As the lights dimmed, the entire theater gasped collectively; when the Joker first removed his mask to reveal that pallid face, someone in the back accidentally knocked over a cola, but no one complained, and everyone stared intently at the screen.

Two and a half hours later, the screening ended.

"Oh, Joker... he's practically not human!!!"

"Heath Ledger, his acting is too awesome, it shocked me!"

"I witnessed the greatest villain in film history!!!"

"I will never forget the Joker's laugh... it torments me"

"Good heavens, this director from the East has shocked me again!"

"The. Dark. Knight. Rises is absolutely an epic masterpiece!!!"

"「...... 」" => "'......'"

After watching the film.

These foreign fans were shocked to no lesser degree than domestic viewers.

This is completely different from the Hollywood superhero films they had seen before.

Here.

Dawei walked out of the cinema and immediately opened his phone to record a video.

"Huaguo netizens weren't lying... Heath Ledger's performance..."

"This is absolutely Oscar-level!!!"

Afterward.

Dawei took the opportunity to hurriedly interview these fans who had just finished watching the film.

A blond young man, excited out of his wits, gesticulating wildly, said: "The. Dark. Knight. Rises is unlike any previous Hollywood superhero film, completely different; Hollywood films always revolve around how heroes defeat villains and save the world, those superheroes are always flawless, justice always easily triumphs over evil, but The. Dark. Knight. Rises is different—it lets us see the heroes' struggle and helplessness, and the heavy price behind justice!!!"

Next, Dawei interviewed another couple; the black guy obviously knew Dawei: "Oh, Dawei, I want to say Lin, he's amazing, he perfectly blended the subtlety and depth of Eastern culture with the Western superhero theme; in the movie, I didn't see those flashy effects and simple good-versus-evil showdowns, but through delicate character portrayal and exciting plot progression, we were immersed, contemplating the essence of humanity."

And his girlfriend beside him jumped up excitedly: "The most important Heath Ledger!!! His performance is simply divine! He brought the Joker character to life; every glance, every move is full of tension, I love him to death!!!"

Obviously.

After watching Batman: The Dark Knight, the foreign viewers were each wildly excited.

Finally, Dawei spoke into his phone camera: "Guys, did you see that? This is the charm of movies, this is Lin's skill; with a single film he made us re‑examine superhero movies and showed us the limitless possibilities of cinematic art, LIn, I love him to death!!!"

"The. Dark. Knight. Rises" is a must‑watch; I personally vouch for it, it's really super good!!!

After Batman: The Dark Knight officially premiered overseas.

In just two short hours.

Twitter's trending list was instantly topped:

#Joker. Masterpiece (Joker masterpiece) surged at a rate of 50,000 posts per second!

#The. Dark. Knight (Batman: The Dark Knight) landed at global trend #1!

#HeathLedger (Heath Ledger) ignited actor discussion!

Not only Twitter, but also Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and so on..

All major social platforms.

All were dominated by the Batman: The Dark Knight topic.

And as the film's main villain!

Joker's portrayer, Heath Ledger!

His Twitter account gained nearly three million followers in just two hours!

And as the film's male lead, Christian Bale…

He could only watch it all in tears!

Bale just wants to shout: I'm clearly the protagonist!!!
