Chapter 483

"I have a dating variety show reaching out, saying they want you to be a guest for one episode."

"I'm here to ask for your opinion."

Although Chen Fan is currently a star under Boss Yang's name, in reality, Boss Yang cannot interfere with Chen Fan's schedule at all.

So Boss Yang still spoke in a consultative tone with Chen Fan.

Upon hearing the words "dating variety show," Chen Fan's eyes immediately lit up.

"You want me to fall in love on the company's dime? I'll go, I'll go!"

To be fair.

Chen Fan really wanted to go.

At first, he was very dedicated to this forensic medicine program, but as time went on, he faced corpses every single day.

Chen Fan also wanted to change his mood.

Boss Yang rolled her eyes and said, "Don't get the wrong idea; it's not for you to fall in love, it's for you to be an observer."

Pfft.

Just an observer.

If I can't fall in love, what's the point of going?

Chen Fan refused, saying, "I'm not going."

Boss Yang was a bit stunned; wasn't he just enthusiastic a moment ago?

Why won't he go now?

"Tell me, why won't you go anymore?"

Chen Fan said, "It's not for me to fall in love; what's so good about watching others fall in love? You want to eat it but can't get your hands on it."

Boss Yang felt she was truly "shuan q."

What kind of fate is mine, to run into Chen Fan, this big old six?

"Chen Fan, this show is about ordinary people falling in love; what does it have to do with you? If you want to fall in love, aren't you already doing it?"

A burst of anger rose in Boss Yang's heart.

"You only have to go for one day, and it's in the same city as where you are now."

Chen Fan said, "But if I go, what if those ordinary guests all fall in love with me?"

Chen Fan is truly narcissistic; Boss Yang was speechless.

"You'd better not pull any stunts; stars have a way out, but for ordinary people, it's very difficult."

Boss Yang said.

Chen Fan replied, "Ah, fine, fine, fine, I'll just treat it as changing my mood."

"But if those guests want to like me, I can't stop them either."

Boss Yang hung up the phone very quickly.

A short while later.

Someone came to pick up Chen Fan.

Just as he was preparing to get in the car, he happened to meet Old Liu and Old Song walking out of the cafeteria.

Seeing Chen Fan about to head out.

Old Liu asked, "Are you going out on a field assignment?"

Chen Fan shook his head and said, "No, I took on a new program; I'm going to be an observer for one day."

Old Song smiled and said, "You young man are still lucky; you have other work to take on, unlike us."

Chen Fan invited, "How about you two come with me?"

Old Liu and Old Song quickly shook their heads.

They are forensic doctors, not like Chen Fan, who also has the identity of a star.

If a case came up and they couldn't be found, the matter would be delayed.

"Then I'll head out first."

Chen Fan got into the car and drove straight to the live broadcast room of the dating show's observation studio.

Although they were in the same place.

The recording location was very far apart.

After riding in the car for over an hour, Chen Fan finally arrived at the recording site.

As soon as he got out of the car.

Chen Fan was surrounded in the middle by a group from the production team.

"Teacher Chen Fan! We finally waited for you to arrive!"

The director was overjoyed and very welcoming to Chen Fan.

Now, the two words "Chen Fan" represented traffic.

The guests also felt very excited seeing Chen Fan arrive.

"Chen Fan, you are really too popular now; it's truly not easy for our program to invite you."

"Yes, yes, with you, today's program will surely see a surge in ratings!"

Listening to everyone's flattery, Chen Fan was quite happy too.

Everyone quickly entered the observation room.

The program started broadcasting soon.

As the host, Wu Xin introduced the guest for this episode, Chen Fan, to everyone.

"Welcome everyone to Heartbeat Signal! Today we have a new friend! That is Chen Fan!"

The camera turned to Chen Fan.

Chen Fan had not yet reacted.

The live stream's comments section already exploded.

"Damn! It really is Chen Fan! The production team is awesome; you actually managed to invite Chen Fan!"

"Isn't Chen Fan from 'Our Workplace Debut' next door? Is he coming to a dating show now?"

"Could it be that after seeing so many corpses, he's here to relax?"

"Oh my god, Chen Fan is so handsome!!"

"Chen Fan has the title of 'Death God'; won't something bad happen on this show?"

Those licking the screen were countless...

But there was also a small portion of people who did not like Chen Fan very much.

"I think everyone should be very welcoming to Chen Fan, right? I wonder what opinion Chen Fan will have of our guests in our show?"

Wu Xin smiled and began to direct the camera toward the civilian guests inside the Signal House.

But.

Suddenly.

A staff member suddenly walked into the observation room and hurriedly found the director.

He whispered a few words in his ear.

The director immediately felt terrible all over.

Chen Fan, sitting in the observation room, noticed the director's strangeness immediately.

But because the live broadcast was ongoing, it was not good to walk over and ask directly.

Immediately after.

The director quickly called all currently idle staff members and walked out.

The remaining staff members maintained the normal progress of the show.

One hour later.

Finally, it was time for a break.

Chen Fan left the camera, looked around, and discovered that the director and others had not yet returned.

Chen Fan, who was always sharp, sensed something was wrong.

On the other side.

Since Chen Fan was going to be a guest on the dating show today, the filming of 'Our Workplace Debut' was paused for one day.
