Chapter 484

It just happened to give the forensic doctor and the forensic interns a brief rest.

At this moment.

Old Song was planning to take leave from his unit and get off work early to visit his daughter on set.

He had just said goodbye to Old Liu and hadn't even taken three and a half steps out of the office door.

When he was stopped by Li Tian.

Li Tian said, "Where are you headed?"

Old Song replied, "Of course I'm going to see my daughter. Someone like you who doesn't have a daughter wouldn't understand."

"Wait until you have a daughter yourself, then you'll know."

That nakedly smug look almost made Old Liu laugh.

But Li Tian said, "Then your timing really couldn't be worse—a case just came in!"

How is it that the case didn't come earlier or later?

Of all times, it had to come just when he was about to head over to his daughter's place?

Old Song was a bit unhappy, but work had already arrived at his door, and as a forensic doctor he couldn't refuse it.

Still, he couldn't help complaining: "How come that Grim Reaper Chen Fan isn't here today, and yet there's still a case coming in."

Old Liu was just about to say the very same thing.

He didn't expect Li Tian to say, "Talk about coincidence—at the scene of this case, Chen Fan is also there."
