Chapter 124

Chen Mo asked curiously.

Chen Mo had been filming for the past half year and really hadn't paid much attention to his father's company situation.

Father Chen held up four fingers somewhat smugly.

"Four billion US dollars!"

After revealing this number, Father Chen didn't care whether his son could understand it or not, and said excitedly, "After the New Year, starting from 1998, the entire internet economy began to grow exponentially; although our company has been developing steadily, our market value has now almost doubled!"

Hearing Father Chen's words, a word instantly appeared in Chen Mo's mind!

Internet economic bubble!

Bubbles expand gradually before they burst, and finally, with a "pop," they vanish into thin air!

In his past life, his family was affected by the internet economic bubble!

Chen Mo secretly noted the time, planning to remind his dad to let the company sell out as soon as possible after a while.

"By the way, Old Chen, today our son said he wanted to buy the rights to a book."

At this time, Mother Chen spoke up.

Father Chen, who was now wealthy and powerful, didn't ask for details after hearing Mother Chen's words and waved his hand directly, saying, "Buy! We'll buy it tomorrow!"

Saying this, he said to Chen Mo again, "Son, what else do you want to buy? Dad will buy it all for you. A few years ago, the Americans did that Apollo moon landing; do you want to go to the moon to hold a concert? Dad will get you a spot for a moon landing."

Listening to Father Chen's words, Chen Mo couldn't help but roll his eyes at his father, who was becoming more and more like an upstart.

Buying a spot for the moon landing program?

He looked like someone who had never seen the world.

The next day.

Although Father Chen's words didn't sound serious last night, he kept Chen Mo's request in his heart, so after going to the company early in the morning, he immediately arranged for someone to contact the author of "Harry Potter" in the UK.

And Chen Mo, because he had nothing to do recently, after finishing breakfast, he had Zhou Baoguo drive him to Old Chen's company for a look.

Come to think of it, from the time Old Chen started the company until now, Chen Mo could count the number of times he had come to the company on one hand.

So after Chen Mo arrived at Old Chen's Mo Mo Internet High-Tech Company, it immediately made some female employees in the company excited.

They all came over with pens and paper to ask for autographs.

And Chen Mo also signed for everyone one by one with a smile.

After signing, Chen Mo went directly to Father Chen's office.

"Mo Mo, why are you here?"

Seeing Chen Mo come in, Father Chen asked.

Chen Mo smiled and said, "Hehe, Dad, yesterday, besides that Harry Potter book, I also want to buy a few more copyrights."

"Buy!"

Father Chen said directly. ===== CHAPTER 126 =====
