Chapter 36

In addition, because she was currently from mainland China, her range of activities was also within the country, and she did not change her nationality until 2008.

As of now, she was one of the few people from mainland China in the early 90s who could compete with Xiangjiang actresses.

"Momo..."

At this time, Chen Mu's voice rang in his ears.

"Mm? What's wrong, Mom?"

Chen Mo shifted his attention away from the television, raised his head, and looked at Chen Mu with confusion in his big eyes.

"Momo, do you like acting? Or do you want to go to school?"

Chen Mu asked softly.

Hearing Chen Mu's words, Chen Mo pondered for a moment and shook his head: "Mom, I like acting, and I also want to go to school."

"Alright, Mom knows."

Chen Mu nodded after hearing this, then turned around and began to whisper with Chen Fu.

Listening to their conversation, Chen Mo sighed in his heart.

Mom asking him was considering whether to sign with Golden Harvest.

Although signing with Golden Harvest could allow him to earn more money and make his fame greater.

But after careful consideration, Chen Mo still decided not to sign with Golden Harvest.

Or rather, not to sign with any company!

Currently, Xiangjiang is known as the 'Hollywood of the East,' with influence covering Southeast Asia and even reaching North America!

But the almost exploitative filming speed in Xiangjiang, as well as the future development of Xiangjiang, were all reasons for Chen Mo to refuse.

Besides that...

In the 90s, there were no popular children-themed films in either Xiangjiang or the mainland for Chen Mo to star in.

So if he wanted better development in the future, he had to change locations!

Leave the country and head abroad!

Hollywood!

Hollywood in the 90s had quite a few classic films with children as the theme!

The most famous one was the "Harry Potter" series!

And there was also "The Sixth Sense."

Right!

And there was also "Home Alone," which was currently suitable for his age.

As long as he could participate in one of these films, he could open up the Hollywood market!

As a reborn person, and as a reborn person who had already decided to step into the film and television industry, he definitely had to venture into Hollywood!

Chen Mo thought to himself.

Knock, knock...

At this time, there was a knock on the door outside.

Hearing the sound, Chen Fu stood up, walked to the door, and opened it, then saw the person in charge from Golden Harvest standing at the door.

"Hehe, Mr. Chen, sorry to bother you."

"Hello, please come in..."

The Golden Harvest person in charge walked in.

Afterward, after both sides sat down, the Golden Harvest person in charge first talked about the box office situation for the day and the audience's evaluation of Chen Mo, and then asked about the signing.

"Mr. Chen, the movie Shaolin Popey has had a great response, and the audience's impression of Momo is also very good. If you sign with our Golden Harvest, we will tailor-make films for Momo, making him the hottest child star of the moment, and we can guarantee that his fame will break out of Southeast Asia in the next two years!"

"By the way! You must have heard of our company's artist, Brother Long, right? We can let Momo star in Brother Long's films."

The Golden Harvest person in charge stated his bargaining chips directly.

Then he took out the signing contract and a pen from his briefcase and handed them to Chen Fu.

In his view, these arguments were enough to move Chen Fu.

However, Chen Fu shook his head after hearing this and said: "I'm really sorry, our Momo is still too young, and he still needs to go to school."

The person in charge frowned after hearing this. *
