Chapter 545

As soon as Chen Mo entered the recording studio, someone recognized his identity.

"How come Chen Mo is here too? Could it be that he was also selected as one of the Top Ten People Who Moved China?"

Quite a few people were whispering to each other.

In fact, when it was rumored online that Chen Mo was one of the candidates for the Top Ten People Who Moved China, many people on the internet didn't understand why he could be selected.

But that was just a leak at the time; the public only finds out who the Top Ten People are every year when the awards are presented.

So, not many people believed this leak.

Now, there was a lot of discussion going on inside the venue as well.

"No way, isn't he just an actor? What qualifications does he have to attend the recording of the Top Ten People Who Moved China awards?"

There were many people discussing it, and they were all very confused.

"Brother Mo, the things they are saying are too harsh. What do they mean by 'what qualifications do you have to attend'?"

Xu Xiaofeng frowned as she looked at Chen Mo.

She had accidentally overheard some of the remarks, let alone Chen Mo, who was the person involved.

"It's fine, let them talk."

Chen Mo didn't have much of a reaction.

After all, this award is very formal, which is why more people would question it.

Besides, he had been getting blacklisted by people since he was young; if he really took every single one to heart, he reckoned he could be angered into living another life.

Soon, the program began recording, and the host introduced the deeds of each person on stage one by one and presented the honorary medals.

"The next candidate for the Top Ten People Who Moved China is Chen Mo."

The host began the introduction.

"Chen Mo? Is it *that* Chen Mo? It couldn't be someone with the same name, could it?"

There were over 400 audience members at the scene, and they were all whispering.

The main reason was that the public was too familiar with the name Chen Mo.

However, they still couldn't imagine Chen Mo winning the Top Ten People Who Moved China award.

After all, the only identities of Chen Mo known to the public were actor and singer; they really couldn't imagine what qualifications an actor and singer would have to win this award.

Just as everyone was speculating, the camera had already landed on Chen Mo.

It really was that Chen Mo!

Now, the controversy throughout the venue grew even louder.

No one had expected to see Chen Mo at an occasion like this.

"Last year, Chen Mo continuously donated to impoverished mountain areas, building schools, hospitals, and other public resources, bringing hope to countless impoverished people. According to statistics, Chen Mo has cumulatively donated and built 40 hospitals, 100 Hope primary schools, and a total of..."

Just as everyone was debating, the host had already begun introducing Chen Mo's deeds.

"Charitable donations amounting to over 6 billion!"

When the host read out the amount of Chen Mo's donations, she was clearly taken aback.

It turned out that Chen Mo had already donated so much money without anyone noticing.

And this didn't even count the charitable value created by the Ant Forest project Chen Mo proposed for planting trees in the Northwest region.

The voices of the entire venue questioning Chen Mo gradually grew quieter.

There was simply no way to question this. ===== CHAPTER 547 =====
