Chapter 135

No fame, no acting skills.

Looks and figure are also not particularly outstanding.

No sign of exploding into popularity can be seen.

But since Su Chen strongly recommended them.

Yang Mi then decided to meet them.

Anyway, it's impossible to sign all of them in the short term.

Because most of them are under contract.

Short ones are a few months, long ones still have one or two years.

Unless paying the breach-of-contract penalty to let them jump the contract early.

Fortunately, none of them are current top actors.

The breach-of-contract penalty won't be much.

This conversation went relatively smoothly.

These people also doubted the strength of Yang Mi's new company.

But Yang Mi is a top-tier female star.

Sister Reba will also join after her Contract expiration.

That means two top-tier female stars holding the fort.

Su Chen has been exploding with popularity recently.

Rising to top-tier is just a matter of time.

Even if Dongfang Muge has no big background, no top-tier resources.

Just based on these three top-tier stars, they cannot be underestimated.

Yang Mi is waiting and watching.

They are all waiting and watching too.

Neither side is in a rush to cooperate immediately.

Let's take it one step at a time and see.

In the end, only Bai Lu was kept.

She started as an internet celebrity.

She is determined to break into the entertainment industry.

She needs to find a backer to promote her!

The entertainment industry is a game of capital, a world ruled by backer big shots.

Except for a handful like Yang Mi, who fought their way out through sheer desperation and signing various bet-on agreements.

Over 99% of current top stars have big backers behind them.

Especially in the era of capital.

Without a big backer.

It's hard even to get a slightly better role.

Let alone exploding into popularity.

Take Su Chen for example.

Before binding with the system.

His looks and acting skills were quite good.

But the backer, Boss Yang, was rather lackluster.

Unable to provide good resources.

Su Chen could only remain in the ranks of third-tier stars.

"Sister Mi, I want Bai Lu to be my assistant."

"Didn't you always say you'd arrange an assistant for me?"

"My requirements for an assistant are simple: young, pretty!"

Yang Mi exploded completely.

Celebrities have busy schedules.

When looking for an assistant, of course, you must find a girl who is diligent, perceptive, attentive, considerate, and skilled.

One who can perfectly handle various trivial matters.

But Su Chen, on the other hand.

Only cares if she is young and pretty?

"Su Chen, did you used to work at China Railway No. 3 Bureau?"

Bai Lu also panicked, saying, "Brother, I want to sign with the company as an artist and become a big star in the future."

"Not as a life assistant. Will an assistant's earnings... be too little?"

"Also, do you have some ulterior motive toward me?"

"You want to date me? I'm not that kind of easy girl!"
