Chapter 295: Erza enters the arena!

"Time is up, the match ends here!"

Following the live commentator's order, this opening match of the Grand Magic Games also completely came to an end.

Although Rufus performed very well in the second half, the top three had already been occupied by Fairy Tail Team A, Fairy Tail Team B, and Lamia Scale, so Sabertooth only got fourth place in the end.

Soon, under everyone's gaze, the total ranking of this round of the match appeared on the huge virtual screen above the arena.

1, Fairy Tail A, 10

2, Fairy Tail Team B, 8

3, Lamia Scale, 6

4, Sabertooth, 4

5, Blue Pegasus, 3

6, Raven Tail, 2

7, Mermaid Heel, 1

8, Quatro Cerberus, 0

"Sabertooth only got 4 points? What a pity!"

"There's no other way, that Ye Yu of Fairy Tail is too strong. If the organizers hadn't temporarily changed the match rules, Sabertooth and the four guilds behind them would probably all have 0 points!"

"Lamia Scale picked up a bargain; they didn't get a single point during the match, yet they still got third place!"

Looking at the ranking on the virtual screen, the audience in the stands discussed it heatedly.

And the live commentator at the commentary booth also said in a passionate tone: "This really is an unexpected match, didn't expect the first match to have the rules changed!"

"In addition, the strongest Sabertooth only got fourth place, while Fairy Tail's two teams got first and second!"

"Of course, this is just a temporary ranking. Whether Fairy Tail can keep singing all the way, and whether Sabertooth can keep the title of strongest guild, let us wait and see!"

"Next, the first battle match of the first day of the Grand Magic Games begins!"

As soon as the live commentator's voice fell, the audience in the stands boiled over.

After all, compared to competitive matches, what they preferred to watch were battle matches.

The ranking of competitive matches might have a lot of luck involved, but battle matches are based on real ability.

"I'm fired up, let me take the victory of this battle match!"

Brother Na Zi slammed a fist and palm together heavily, grinning impatiently.

"Idiot, the participants of this battle match are decided by the organizers, it's not like you can go up just because you want to!"

Hearing Gray's words, Brother Na Zi felt like a bucket of cold water had been poured on his head.

Although it was said on the surface that the organizers decided the personnel for the battle match, Ye Yu knew that this was entirely decided by the King alone.

As long as Ye Yu was willing, he could use human subordination magic to manipulate the King and then control the entire Grand Magic Games.

It's just that Ye Yu disdained to do so...

Just as Brother Na Zi and Gray were talking, the live commentator announced the two people for this first battle.

"Fairy Tail A Erza vs Raven Tail Flare!"

As soon as the live commentator said this, Erza's expression stirred, and then she and Mirajane beside her cast their gazes toward where Raven Tail was.

At this moment, the group from Raven Tail also looked over here.

"Erza!"

Mirajane knew that Raven Tail was Ivan's guild, and she was worried that the other guild would have some moves, so she said to Erza with some concern.

"Don't worry, Mira!"

Erza said to Mirajane, then looked at Ye Yu and said: "I'm going!"

Ye Yu nodded, and then Erza walked toward the arena.

"The Fairy Queen, huh? This won't be easy to deal with, but Flare, just go, Obra will assist you in a while!"

Ivan, wearing a steel mask, looked at Erza and said to the red-haired woman in front of him.

Soon, under everyone's gaze, Erza and Flare walked from left and right toward the center of the huge arena.

"Fairy Queen, let me see how much strength you have!"

Over at Sabertooth, Minerva, who had two long braids, looked at Erza on the battlefield below, a playful smile on the corner of her mouth.

"Is it little Erza's turn to enter? Little Erza, go for it!"

Millianna of Mermaid Heel looked at Erza and shouted excitedly.

And Kagura on the side also stared closely at Erza with her beautiful eyes; she seemed to want to see how much Erza had grown in these seven years.

After Erza and Flare walked to the center of the arena and stood still, the live commentator announced loudly: "Match start!"

Following the host's order, the long red hair behind Flare swept toward Erza like a living creature.

At the same time, Ivan in the stands said: "Obra, prepare to assist Flare!"

Hearing Ivan's words, the man who looked like a crow nodded.

And Ivan looked at Makarov again, a cruel arc on his mouth: Makarov, if your Queen is damaged, what kind of expression will you have?

Just as Ivan was thinking this, thunderous cheers suddenly erupted in the venue.

"So amazing!"

"To actually kill the opponent in an instant!"

"Is this the power of the Fairy Queen?"

Hm?

Ivan, hearing the sudden cheers in his ears, was stunned for a moment and immediately shifted his gaze from Makarov to the arena, only to see Erza appearing behind Flare, and Flare had already fallen to the ground.

"What is going on?"

Ivan's expression changed, and he questioned Obra.

Although Ivan didn't say much, the expression on his face seemed to say, didn't I tell you to assist Flare, and you assisted her into this state?

And Obra also had a large drop of sweat on his forehead!

The big-headed man beside him helped explain: "It was too fast, in just an instant, before Obra could even make a move, Flare was finished off by the opponent!"

"Trash!"

Ivan cursed with unwillingness.

He had always wanted to take revenge on Fairy Tail.

But he had never succeeded.

Before the competition started, he had that little monster follow Ye Yu and the others, but the little monster was burned to death by Ye Yu just after it set out.

In the opening match, the big-headed man originally wanted to target Fairy Tail, but the result was that he didn't even see anyone before he was frozen by Ye Yu.

Right now, Flare was even killed in seconds by Erza!

While Ivan was unwilling, the live commentator announced loudly: "Too strong, contestant Erza defeated contestant Flare in an instant, Fairy Tail A gains 10 points!"

"Erza is so strong!" Brother Na Zi shouted.

"Even Requip Magic wasn't used, this is indeed a bit..." Gray also showed an expression of being unable to mess with her.

Ye Yu looked at Erza, but showed an expression of "as expected".

In addition, Ye Yu knew that Erza was far more than this!

At this moment, Erza in the arena seemed to notice Ye Yu's gaze, and she also looked at Ye Yu, a smile appearing on her face.
