Chapter 291

This was a major event that would surely shock the entire Xianyang City.

As time passed, this matter would also shock the entire Great Qin!

It was very necessary to use this academy matter to make a name for the Great Qin Daily.

Afterwards, Xiao He and Chen Ping continuously and humbly learned from Ying Ying Zi Ye.

For example, how to find writers, how to find news.

What methods of promotion were the best.

They asked about everything they didn't understand in their hearts.

And Ying Ying Zi Ye also explained it with great patience.

As long as it was something he knew, he explained it all.

Finally, the news of the Great Qin Daily would start to be issued tomorrow.

The first daily newspaper would be called the Xianyang Daily.

The first news content: opening an academy, and His Majesty the First Emperor would serve as the first dean of the academy!

This news was explosive enough, right?

With such explosive news, there was no fear of no one reading it.

By then, the entire Xianyang City would also become thoroughly lively because of this.

At the same time, another news publication needed to be released, called the Great Qin Monthly.

This monthly publication would use official channels to send these newspapers to all parts of Great Qin.

After all, Great Qin's territory was vast, and the Great Qin Daily could not reach everywhere.

Therefore, they could only settle for the next best thing and first create the Great Qin Monthly.
