Initially, Yin Tian had helped Qiao with his injuries, and to thank Yin Tian, Qiao gave him this card.

Yin Tian felt embarrassed to refuse, so he accepted the card.

But he never had a chance to use it, so he kept it in his pocket all the time.

Unexpectedly, it slipped out this time and was recognized by the store manager.

"This is our boss’s card! Tell me, where did you get this from? Or did you steal it?"

The store manager looked at Yin Tian with a scoffing laugh, convinced he had seen through everything, "That card isn’t yours either, you thief, you must have stolen our boss’s property!"

Yin Tian blinked, is this place Qiao’s property?

Wasn’t Qiao supposed to be running a club?

The property of the wealthy really is unpredictable.

"Qiao gave this to me."

Yin Tian spoke calmly, starting to explain.

"Qiao? Ha! You’ve got some nerve, throughout the entire provincial city, who would dare be so disrespectful to our boss?"

The store manager sneered with disdain, "Caught stealing things, let’s see what you have to say for yourself!"

"This really was given to me by Qiao."

Yin Tian, face showing helplessness, tried to explain once more.

However, the store manager had already made up his mind and didn’t believe Yin Tian at all, merely thinking that the card was stolen by Yin Tian.

"So what do you propose we do?"

Yin Tian knew that he obviously couldn’t clear things up with this store manager, so he decided to see how the manager intended to handle the situation.

"Hmph, just you wait, I’m calling security right now to come and take you away."

As the manager spoke, he directly reached for the walkie-talkie on the counter, "Hello hello hello, Captain Sun, can you hear me?"

"Speak."

"I’ve caught a thief here, he stole the boss’s things, come over and take him away."

"Huh? Stole the boss’s things? Okay, I’m on my way."

In less than ten minutes, about a dozen security guards were seen approaching from a distance.

"Where’s the thief?"

The security chief called out loudly.

"Here!"

The store manager raised his hand, pointing directly at Yin Tian, "It’s him, he stole the boss’s property."

While speaking, he also waved the card in his hand at the security chief.

The security chief caught a glimpse of the card, and his body instantly trembled, clearly recognizing the card as well.

"You’ve got some nerve, kid!"

The security chief turned to look at Yin Tian, "You dare to steal just about anybody’s stuff!"

Yin Tian opened his mouth to speak but ended up saying nothing.

"Come on, take a walk with me."

The security chief looked at Yin Tian with a mocking smile.

"To where?"

"To the security room, of course. Who else would you steal from but our boss, and to top it off, you come to our boss’s store to shop. I gotta catch you, who else?"

Yin Tian didn’t say anything, just followed the security chief outside.

"And this woman!"

The employee lifted her hand, pointing at Su Qinwei, "They’re accomplices!"

The security chief turned his head and glanced at Su Qinwei, a flash of admiration in his eyes.

He swallowed and gestured Su Qinwei over with a crook of his finger, "Please come."

Su Qinwei detested the security chief’s gaze but stepped over to Yin Tian’s side, walking outside with him.

"Yin Tian, what do we do?"

Su Qinwei inquired softly to Yin Tian.

She had never experienced anything like this before.

Yin Tian smiled faintly, "Don’t worry, it’s nothing."

Su Qinwei felt a little relieved at his assurance.

Soon, the two of them were taken to the security room.

"Brother, do me a favor and cooperate."

The security chief, holding a rope, motioned for Yin Tian to sit in a chair.

Yin Tian stood still and asked, "You’re going to tie me up without knowing the full story, aren’t you afraid that the card is really mine?"

"The card is yours? I might as well say this whole mall is mine!"

The security chief gave a derisive laugh, "Quit your babbling, be quick about it, don’t waste time."

Yin Tian, having no choice, sat down and let the security chief bind his hands behind his back.

"Don’t you want to call Qiao Heng and let him come take a look?"

Yin Tian said to the security chief in a soft voice.

The security chief glanced at Yin Tian, "Do you think you need to tell me that?"

He took out his phone and walked out of the security room. Before long, he returned with a flushed face.

He had indeed made a call to Qiao Heng.

Then Qiao Heng had asked him to wait, saying he would be right over.

You could hear the urgency in Qiao Heng’s voice, clearly indicating the importance of the matter.

And surely for helping Qiao Heng catch such a thief, the benefits he would receive couldn’t be small, could they?

Afterwards, the security chief turned again to look at Su Qinwei, "Tsk, how can someone as pretty as you commit petty theft like this?"

"We didn’t steal anything!"

Su Qinwei, avoiding the security chief’s gaze, quickly retorted.

The security chief looked at Su Qinwei with a smug smile.

"Now, I suspect that you have stolen from our store, so I need to check..."
