Chapter 74: Stars
Under Dali's control, a small cart of big dung was easily transported to a large pit dozens of meters away.
Then Dali set the small cart aside and looked toward the deep part of the Forbidden Forest.
"Let Harry and the others keep digging for dung a bit longer; I'll go inside the Forbidden Forest to take a look."
Dali glanced at the outside of the Forbidden Forest; because of the dense jungle, this spot could hardly see the outside, and Harry and the others also couldn't see what Dali was doing.
Dali walked slowly toward the depths of the Forbidden Forest.
This Forbidden Forest occupies a fairly large area, and many magical creatures are hidden inside.
Previously, even though Dali was somewhat curious, he cautiously did not come over, but today he intends to explore this place a little.
After all, Hogwarts daringly assigned them a mission here, so it is highly likely that the nearby Forbidden Forest has been inspected.
After Dali went a hundred meters into the Forbidden Forest, it had become completely dim.
The towering trees block the sky and sun, hardly any sunlight passes through the canopy, and all that can be seen are wildly growing plants; many large trees would require more than ten people to encircle.
Although there are some small paths on the ground, weeds grow thickly, and a careless step will snag one's clothing.
After Dali went more than a hundred meters deep, he dared not continue forward.
The atmosphere here has become somewhat oppressive, a sense of pressure from the whole environment; standing here, one feels extremely insignificant.
"This Forbidden Forest truly is extraordinary; the feeling it gives me is full of danger."
Dali gazed at the depths of the Forbidden Forest and said.
Without going further in, Dali turned his head and walked toward the outside.
"Why did it take so long to come out?"
Seeing Dali push the small cart out of the Forbidden Forest, Harry and Luoen complained.
"Inside it's all branches, very hard to walk; why don't you go deliver the dung while I dig the dung here."
Dali said.
"Better you go; that forest, no matter how you look, is terrifying, I wouldn't dare go in."
Luoen hurriedly said.
The last time he approached the Forbidden Forest, he saw a huge spider that scared him badly; he wouldn't dare enter the Forbidden Forest alone.
Dali left the empty small cart behind, and pushed another fully loaded small cart back toward the Forbidden Forest.
After entering the Forbidden Forest, Dali did the same, using the Levitation Spell to send the small cart to the dung pit and tipped out its contents.
As Dali was preparing to leave, his brow twitched slightly, and he turned his head toward the depths of the Forbidden Forest.
"Is something spying on me?"
Dali thought to himself.
However, the Forbidden Forest was dim, almost nothing could be seen; even with Spiritual Sight activated, the situation was the same.
Dali did not stay any longer, and floated the handcart away.
In the following time, through the constant effort of the three dung‑digging boys, they finally transported that stench‑filled clump of shit into the Forbidden Forest.
"There are three carts left; let's put them in together, that'll be faster."
At this point the sky was already very dark, Harry suggested.
"Okay."
Dali nodded.
Luoen was reluctant to enter the Forbidden Forest, but since D Ge was with him, he reluctantly agreed.
The three of them pushed the last three carts of dung into the Forbidden Forest.
"Damn, this road is too hard to walk."
As soon as they entered the Forbidden Forest, Luoen began to complain.
The road is truly hard to walk, branches everywhere; one must be very careful, otherwise the dung will easily get on oneself.
"Only this section is difficult; the road ahead is a bit easier."
Dali said.
After speaking, Dali looked again toward the depths of the Forbidden Forest; he always felt something inside was watching him.
However, he did not sense danger; the thing staring at him was most likely not hostile.
When the three of them finished delivering the last three carts of dung, Harry and Luoen were both about to collapse onto the ground.
"I truly can't imagine that I spent a whole day digging dung at Hogwarts; this must never be let Fred and the others know, otherwise I'd definitely be mocked for the entire summer."……
Luoen said weakly.
"Probably, the smell on you can't hide the fact that you dug dung all day," Dali said.
Luoen quickly sniffed himself.
"Is there a smell?"
He was already numb from the stench.
As Dali had said before, vomiting repeatedly just becomes a habit.
"We three are about the same."
Harry said.
"Let's go, we can head back."
The sky had become completely dark, and through gaps in the leaves one could see twinkling starlight under the black night.
Clack clack clack…
At that moment, a burst of horse hooves sounded.
"What was that sound?"
Dali was the first to turn and look into the woods.
Harry and Luoen also nervously looked behind them.
"No need to be nervous."
A faint voice came.
Immediately after, a very tall centaur appeared behind a large tree and walked slowly toward us.
"Centaur!"
Luoen almost shouted out.
Harry's face was full of shock.
Dali's expression remained relatively calm; he stared at the centaur, confirming that the one who had been spying on him in the Forbidden Forest was indeed this centaur.
He was a seemingly very young centaur, with platinum hair and a silver‑maned horse body, appearing extremely tall.
"Hello, may I ask what business you have?"
Dali asked politely.
He knew that centaurs, as a group in the Magic World, were very proud; for them, aside from celestial phenomena, they rarely cared about other matters.
And within the Forbidden Forest lived many centaurs.
However, they seldom roamed outside the forest's perimeter and even rarer left their own territory.
"Hello, I am Fei Lun Ze."
The centaur said with a calm expression.
His gaze swept over Dali and Luoen, finally resting on Harry.
"You are the boy from the Potter family, right?"
Fei Lun Ze said.
"Yes."
Harry was somewhat confused, but still nodded.
"I'm sorry to disturb you; I came here only to give you some reminders and advice."
Fei Lun Ze said.
He glanced at the sky, "Mars has been unusually bright lately."
Dali and the other two exchanged a glance, not understanding Fei Lun Ze's meaning.
Regarding astrology, Dali did not understand it, and his Sequence had no involvement in astrology.
"The trajectory of the stars foretells the future; we can glimpse part of the secret of destiny upon them."
"I know you have arrived at the school, and I know what difficulties you face, but recently some changes have occurred."
After speaking, Fei Lun Ze withdrew his gaze from the sky and fixed it again on Harry.
"I am unclear what you have encountered; your fate is undergoing drastic change, and the original stellar track has become so blurred it cannot be discerned."
"Even among us centaurs who are highly skilled in astrology, we can no longer glimpse your fate. Moreover, in the most recent astrological reading, we were severely damaged, barely clinging to life."
