Chapter 203: 12 People Team, Not Even One Jiang Chen

A familiar sound from the Instance Entrance Vortex reached his ears.

Jiang Chen quickly checked his Summon Queue. As he left the Instance, the Skeleton Warrior and Skeleton Mage were sent back to the Summon Queue.

One hundred fifty‑four Skeleton Warriors and one hundred Skeleton Mages waited quietly in the Summon Queue.

Jiang Chen let out a sigh of relief, glad they were all safe.

Although some had suffered serious injuries, even some were on the brink of death, as long as they could return to the Summon Queue, even severe wounds could heal in a short time.

Too dangerous.

A delay of just one or two seconds would endanger those twenty Skeleton Mages.

Now Jiang Chen finally had time to review his loot.

"Killed Lava Giant, Experience +3,800,000"

"Obtained Lava Staff"

"Obtained Flame Crystal Shard"

"Lava Staff: Gold Tier Weapon, All Attributes +500, Mage‑type Skill Amplify 45%, Fire Element Skill extra Amplify 20%"

"Flame Crystal Shard: Three Flame Crystal Shards can be fused into a Flame Crystal"

Although the Lava Staff is a powerful Gold Tier Weapon, undeniably strong for a Fire Mage, Jiang Chen was not very interested in it.

His gaze focused on the Flame Crystal Shard, sparking his curiosity.

Three Flame Crystal Shards can be fused into one Flame Crystal, but Jiang Chen did not know its specific use.

Jiang Chen thought to himself, "Perhaps Chu Yao would know."

However, when he looked around the Dungeon Hall, he did not see Chu Yao's trace.

"She isn't here; where did she go?" Jiang Chen wondered.

At that moment, a bell rang suddenly, breaking the silence.

Three consecutive rings sounded

Countless people, hearing the bell, rushed into the Dungeon Hall.

Jiang Chen was slightly stunned, not knowing what had happened.

He had no idea; whenever someone creates a New Record in the Instance, the bell in the Dungeon Hall rings.

When he previously created a New Record, the bell rang while he was still inside the Instance, so he didn't notice.

This time he emerged early, so he could hear it.

Many people searched for the source of the New Record and quickly pinpointed the Fire God Palace Instance where Jiang Chen was.

When they saw Jiang Chen, their faces showed expressions of "just as expected."

Jiang Chen's repeated New Records were no longer surprising.

He wondered what kind of New Record he had created this time.

Above the Fire God Palace Instance, the Light Screen began displaying Jiang Chen's Score.

The previous group's Score was erased, vanished.

Someone exclaimed, "Strange, even though Jiang Chen set a New Record, the previous people were second place, why were they erased?"

"Want to know why?"

Suddenly someone said mysteriously.

"Why?"

A group turned to look at him.

The person smiled mysteriously, "Because, Jiang Dalao cleared the Fire God Palace on Hell Difficulty; according to the rules, only the top three records of the highest difficulty are kept."

"Stop joking, there's no Hell Difficulty for the Fire God Palace; the highest is Nightmare Difficulty."

"Exactly, who are you trying to fool? I've been in the Dungeon Hall for years; I know every Instance like the back of my hand."

The person snapped, "Why would I lie? When the Instance upgraded, I was right beside it."

The crowd ignored Jiang Chen completely.

Someone immediately came over, saw Jiang Chen still standing before the Instance Doorway, and said, "Jiang Dalao, please step aside; we'd like to inspect the Instance."

Jiang Chen reluctantly moved aside.

He was pondering whether there was a better strategy for this Instance.

It requires five Flame Crystal Shards, at least five runs.

With the usual method, each run sacrifices some Skeleton Warriors.

This time sixteen Skeleton Warriors were lost, which pained him greatly.

He must devise an effective strategy.

At that moment, the trainees gathered around to examine the Instance.

"There really is a Hell Difficulty now."

"I only heard rumors about Instance Upgrade; I thought it was just talk, never expected it to be real."

"Jiang Dalao is truly awesome; even the Instance Upgrade is within his reach."

"Look, the Score is out."

Everyone looked up; Jiang Chen's final Score appeared.

Time: 3 h 58 min 22 s.

It wasn't especially fast; the gap from Jiang Chen's previous Scores was huge.

But considering it was Hell Difficulty, the crowd thought it fast enough.

After all, the previous record on Nightmare Difficulty took over eight hours.

As a result, Jiang Chen, single‑handedly, completed Hell Difficulty in under four hours.

It's absolutely sensational.

"Don't worry; when Jiang Dalao goes in a second time, there will definitely be a new record."

"Yes, yes, yes, it was the same before; the second attempt is the record no one can break."

Jiang Chen ignored everything outside the window, ran a simulation in his mind, and came up with a method to clear the Instance quickly.

It's a bit risky, but if it succeeds…

Not only this Instance, but many Instances can be tackled this way.

Then his leveling speed will be greatly

increased.

"It's totally worth a try."

Jiang Chen's eyes lit up; he could hardly wait to try it right now.

But the Skeletons are still healing in the Summon Queue, so it will take a bit more time.

"First, let's ask the teacher what the Flame Crystal is actually used for."

Jiang Chen activated the Teleport Stone and went directly from the Dungeon Hall to Hong Shen Courtyard.

"Jiang Dalao has left."

"Everyone, disperse. The Fire God Palace was already hard enough; with Hell Difficulty it'll be even tougher."

Legend says the Fire God Palace is one of the Five Great Element Dungeons and drops Element Fragments. If you collect five Element Fragments, you can obtain an incredible treasure.

"Don't even think about it; that's just a legend. Even if it's real, it's not meant for us."

Shortly after Jiang Chen left, a squad arrived at the Dungeon Hall.

They wore matching uniforms, with Chen Ziming leading the team.

The Instance had just been upgraded, and a Baoli Academy student was there.

He quickly took the news back.

Upon hearing it, Chen Ziming immediately organized a force to come over and raid.

He was after the legendary Element Fragment.

He had cleared the Fire God Palace on Nightmare Difficulty several times, but never obtained an Element Fragment.

Not only he, but no one else has ever gotten one.

Later he asked his grandfather, the Baoli Academy Dean.

After careful analysis, they concluded that Element Fragments only drop in Hell Difficulty.

So when he heard the Fire God Palace opened Hell Difficulty, he immediately led his team here.

He is currently level 37; if he levels up again, he won't be able to enter this Instance.

As the Baoli Academy Dean's grandson, people at the Academy call him the Junior Dean.

Even without a rallying cry, his words are still quite effective.

Under him

With his summons, the troops quickly assembled.

Twelve people, the lowest level being 35.

All of them have a Gold-level Equipment Set.

Two Knights, one Prophet, four healers, and five damage dealers.

Considering the special nature of the Fire God Palace Instance, the five main combat damage dealers are all physical classes.

Three archers and two Warriors.

Each person had pouches full of potions at their waist.

In the Hell Dungeon, storage space can't be used, so they took out the potions early and prepared them.

At the same time, Chen Ziming also equipped them with Fire Resistance Talismans.

Using a Fire Resistance Talisman can boost resistance to fire‑element damage for a certain period.

He made thorough preparations.

He intends not only to clear the Instance but also to set a new record.

The Instance had just been upgraded; the previous record was erased, and the new record has not yet been born.

He believes no one can create a new record.

Before entering the Instance, he instinctively looked up at the Light Screen.

Chen Ziming was stunned.

Those who came with him all showed incredulous expressions.

A new record has already been born.

Jiang Chen's name flashed on the Light Screen.

A time of 3 hours 58 minutes 22 seconds almost blinded Chen Ziming.

Chen Ziming kept rubbing his eyes, unable to believe it.

"Junior Dean, should we keep fighting?"

Someone asked softly.

Chen Ziming snapped back, snorted coldly: "Fight. Why wouldn't we? Can twelve of us possibly be worse than his one?"

"Join me in the Instance and create a new record!"

Chen Ziming let out a loud shout, cheering himself on!
