Chapter 61

The imperial capital has a permanent population of over twenty million, and over 100,000 couples marry there each year,

if Yang Tao's claims are true,

then this shop only needs to sell a few hundred high-end wedding dresses annually,

to make a fortune, a solid business venture.

But,

if choosing to cooperate,

then who holds absolute decision-making power in this project becomes critical,

Qin Feng can let Yang Tao run things freely,

but he must retain control over the finances.

Thus,

Qin Feng interrupted Yang Tao,

then asked: "Young Lady Yang Tao, I've grasped the general model—now I want to know, how will the shop's equity be divided? Who holds decision-making power?"

Upon hearing this, Yang Tao looked at Qin Feng,

then spoke: "Boss, although you're investing with an annual rent of three million, I must hold absolute decision-making power."

"So if you agree to cooperate, your equity cannot exceed forty percent."

"If later you feel your share of profits is too small, we can switch to another arrangement: reduce your equity to twenty percent, and pay you rent at the same level annually—what do you think?"

Yang Tao believed her offer was generous,

but Qin Feng shook his head: "No. I can grant you operational freedom to do as you wish, but final authority must remain in my hands."

"This…"

Yang Tao hesitated upon hearing this,

Qin Feng, seeing her hesitation, smiled: "How about this—we exchange contact info. I'm Qin Feng. Add me on WeChat."

"Take a few days to seriously consider the cooperation model, then we'll set a time to talk again—what do you think?"

"Well, alright."

Yang Tao nodded, added Qin Feng on WeChat,

Qin Feng was about to return the documents to Yang Tao,

but Yang Tao waved her hand with a smile: "To be honest, you're the first landlord I've met willing to give me a chance. Keep the documents—study them more, get to know me better."

"Alright, then see you later."

Qin Feng nodded with a smile and bid Yang Tao farewell,

just as he raised his hand to hail a taxi,

Qin Feng received a WeChat message from Song Qian,

"Qin Feng, come home early for dinner today—there's something going on at home, I'll tell you when you arrive!"
