Chapter 70: Are You Lin Mo, the One Who Shit on Our Heads?

~6 min read 1,072 words

"Attention, esteemed passengers, the train will soon arrive at Magu Station."

"All passengers boarding or alighting, please take your belongings and watch your step."

The announcement echoed through the luxury carriage, but it was drowned out by the irritating background music of short videos.

"That night, the Dragon King returned and found his daughter living in a dog kennel! With a single order, one hundred thousand soldiers..."

The girl took a deep breath, forced a professional smile, and walked toward that direction.

It was a burly, bald man wearing a black tank top, his massive arms covered in colorful tattoos.

He was currently lounging with one leg crossed over the seat in front, holding his phone with the volume turned all the way up.

"Sir, hello."

The female attendant approached, her voice soft:

"I'm sorry to disturb you, but could you please lower the volume on your phone, or use headphones?"

The bald man glanced at the girl, ignored her, and deliberately turned the volume up two more notches.

"...One hundred thousand soldiers roared in unison: Welcome back, Dragon King!!!"

Surrounding passengers cast disgusted glances.

But seeing the bald man’s menacing appearance, they all swallowed their anger and shrank back.

The girl mustered her courage and spoke again:

"Sir, I’m truly sorry, but your behavior is disturbing others. Please cooperate..."

"Slap!"

The bald man slammed his fist on the table.

"Are you fucking annoying? I paid thousands for this ticket—what’s wrong with watching a video? Is it illegal?"

The girl flinched but still forced herself to explain:

"Sir, watching videos is fine—it’s your right."

"But this is a public carriage. You can use headphones, enjoy your video, and not disturb others. Wouldn’t that work?"

The bald man shot to his feet.

His towering 1.9-meter frame instantly loomed with oppressive force.

"I don’t like wearing those things. If anyone thinks it’s too loud, let them get off. Or put on their own headphones. Why should I have to?"

The girl turned pale, tears welling in her eyes.

She gripped her skirt tightly but still stubbornly said:

"Sir... please mind your manners. This isn’t just your space—it’s shared with others..."

"Manners? Fuck your manners!"

The bald man exploded in rage, "You think I won’t file a complaint against you?"

Near the window seat.

Lin Mo frowned slightly.

This kind of trash is everywhere.

He turned his head and glanced over.

The bald man was also a professional, level 24.

Though four levels higher than him, honestly, in this world, he was barely out of the Xinshoucun .

With such weak power, instead of training properly in the wilds, he’s bullying a little girl just to feel important.

He’s shaming the entire profession.

Since no one else will act, I’ll do it for his family.

Lin Mo stood up, ready to intervene—

But the bald man, feeling words weren’t enough, raised his hand and swung hard at the girl’s face!

Though only level 24, if that slap landed, the girl would be permanently disfigured.

The girl screamed in terror, closing her eyes in despair.

At that moment,

A bone-chilling cold swept through the entire carriage.

Frost instantly formed on the windows.

The next second,

A silver spear pierced the air.

"Aaaagh—!"

The bald man shrieked.

The spear blocked the path between him and the girl.

Agony surged through him—he felt his entire arm go numb.

"Who?!"

The bald man whirled around.

Standing less than two meters beside him was a tall, white-haired girl.

The silver spear pinning his arm was held firmly in her hand.

Behind her, a small head with pink twin tails peeked out, watching with pure amusement.

"In public places, noise is forbidden. Violence is forbidden."

The white-haired girl’s voice was icy.

The bald man was stunned by her aura.

A flash of blue light in his eyes revealed both girls were only level 20.

"I thought you were someone important—turns out you’re just two brats?"

The bald man sneered, eyes blazing with malice:

"Level 20 trash dares to draw weapons on me? You’re begging to die! Today I’ll teach you who the Dragon King really is!"

As he spoke, his other fist clenched, glowing with earthy yellow energy as he punched straight for the white-haired girl’s face.

Facing this powerful blow,

The white-haired girl merely twisted her wrist slightly.

The spear trembled.

Boom—!

An overwhelming wave of freezing cold erupted instantly.

The bald man froze mid-punch, his entire body turned to ice.

The entire carriage fell deathly silent.

Everyone stared, wide-eyed.

One-shot?

That was a level 24 professional!

He didn’t even land a single move—straight up one-shot!

The white-haired girl casually flicked her spear, spun a graceful flourish, and sheathed it.

Her movements were clean, precise.

"Don’t be afraid, don’t be afraid~"

The twin-tailed girl jumped out from behind, grinning at the passengers:

"My sister just saw how angry this big brother was, so she helped him cool down a bit."

She poked the frozen man with her finger, "See? Much quieter now. So well-behaved~"

Lin Mo watched, thoughtful.

Level 20 one-shotting level 24—she’s got some real power.

Suddenly, he noticed both girls wore the five-clawed golden dragon badge on their chests.

Dragon Order classmates?

No wonder they’re so strong.

At that moment, the attendant girl finally came to her senses.

She quickly wiped her tears, bowed deeply to the white-haired girl, voice trembling:

"Th-thank you! Thank you so much! If not for you, I..."

The white-haired girl merely nodded faintly, saying nothing more.

The twin-tailed girl, however, waved cheerfully with a bossy grin:

"No problem, no problem—it’s just standing up for justice!"

"Alright, we’ll leave the cleanup to you. Could you please get us something to eat? We’re starving."

The girl smiled through her tears and nodded quickly:

"Of course! I’ll notify the security team right away! Food’s coming immediately! This meal’s on me—thank you so much!"

She immediately called the security team.

The two girls scanned the carriage’s seat numbers, then walked straight toward Lin Mo.

They sat down across from him.

The twin-tailed girl sized him up and spoke first:

“Hi, classmate, I’m Han Mengqing, and this is my sister Han Mengyao.”

With that, she smiled and extended her hand.

Lin Mo politely shook it lightly. “Hello, I’m Lin Mo.”

At these words,

the two sisters instantly turned their gazes upon Lin Mo.

“You… you’re the blank mage Lin Mo who took a dump on our heads?”

“?”
