Just then, a steel needle suddenly shot toward the Plague Doctor.

The Plague Doctor, however, deftly dodged the needle's attack.

Simultaneously, a masked individual wielding a kunai launched an assault on the Plague Doctor.

Yet the Plague Doctor merely reached out and touched the man, causing him to collapse and die instantly.

At the moment of death, the mask on the man's face slipped off, revealing an extremely delicate and refined countenance to everyone present.

It seemed as though the Plague Doctor had simply touched them lightly, and the battle was over.

Just as everyone thought the matter would end there, the Plague Doctor standing beside the corpses shook his head.

Muttering to himself with immense frustration, he crouched down and opened the backpack behind him.

"Damn it, why did they die again? This is of absolutely no use in eradicating the plague."

Hearing the Plague Doctor's words, Sasuke and Naruto exchanged glances; it seemed this fellow apparently did not intend to kill.

At that moment, the Plague Doctor began pulling numerous tools out of his backpack one after another.

As he retrieved them, he muttered to himself: "It's alright, it's alright; as a doctor, I will definitely be able to treat this plague for you."

And then.

Everyone saw the Plague Doctor continuously pulling out numerous tools from his surgical kit.

There was even a saw two meters long...
