Lu Chen transmigrates into the Hidden Leaf Village, ready to leverage his foreknowledge of the Naruto timeline to secure a comfortable life among the legends. However, his plans are shattered when a mysterious System reveals that this world is on the brink of destruction by eldritch anomalies. To survive, Lu Chen is forced to establish the Anomaly Containment Facility, an organization dedicated to securing, containing, and protecting reality from horrors beyond comprehension.

His mission? Broadcast the existence of these terrifying entities to the entire ninja world. As a massive sky-screen appears above the Five Great Nations, displaying classified files on creatures like the plague-ridden SCP-049, the shinobi world descends into chaos.

With the power of the Foundation at his fingertips, Lu Chen must navigate political intrigue and cosmic horror, turning the familiar ninja world upside down before the anomalies consume everything.
