Chapter 644

Lu Chen left the canyon and headed toward the nearest small town.

This small town was not large, and affected by the war, it appeared somewhat cold and quiet, but there were still a few restaurants open on the street, one of which was a ramen shop Lu Chen had visited frequently in the last few months.

"The usual."

Walking into the ramen shop, Lu Chen greeted the owner skillfully.

Seeing Lu Chen walk in, the owner immediately showed a smile and said: "Coming right up!"

Lu Chen waved his hand with a smile, took out money and placed it on the counter, then found a seat and sat down, picking up a pair of chopsticks to wait.

However, during the wait, his gaze flickered slightly, and he felt a hint of something unusual, but he couldn't quite put his finger on what was strange.

In short, it was as if... he was being watched by someone.

"Coming for me?"

Lu Chen murmured, his demeanor showing no change.

In these few months, he had often come to this small town; because he was afraid that civilians would be terrified, he used ninjutsu to hide his ninja equipment, but he had never changed his appearance.

For one thing, the people who could recognize him were basically only ninjas, and for another, since he had slain Hanzo of the Salamander, the ninjas who recognized him likely slipped away without hesitation, so there was no need to hide at all.

However.

The situation this time seemed a bit different.

"... Is Danzo finally here to deliver his head to me?"

Lu Chen's gaze flickered slightly, and he continued to sit there with an unchanged expression. After the owner served the ramen, he smiled, took it, and lowered his head to eat.

And almost at the moment he picked up a portion of ramen and chewed it in his mouth, from the left, right, front, back, and directly below—from all five directions except directly above—intense chakra erupted almost simultaneously. ===== CHAPTER 646 =====
