Chapter 24

But...

He had only killed a few Crawlers.

For the entire Crawler swarm, it was no obstacle at all.

*Slap-slap-slap! *

In just an instant, countless Crawlers leapt up and latched onto the body of 【Fist Giant Jin Gang】.

One bite, and a huge chunk of flesh was torn off.

Dozens of Crawlers covered the skin of Fist Giant Jin Gang.

In only a few seconds, they had bitten a Tier-3 monster to death.

After killing it.

A few more Crawlers continued to devour Fist Giant Jin Gang's corpse.

Suddenly, a notification arrived.

【Crawler has evolved — Swift Crawler (Tier 2)】

After finishing Fist Giant Jin Gang's corpse.

Three Crawlers had actually evolved.

From Tier 1 to Tier 2.

Their arms had also grown thicker and stronger.

At the same time, a second row of teeth grew in their mouths.

Their biting lethality became even more terrifying.

【Swift Crawler】

【Attack Rating: 40】

【Defense Rating: 10】

【New Abilities: Twist-Bite Kill, Claw Frenzy】

【Description: Compared to ordinary Crawlers, its speed is far more agile, making it nearly impossible to guard against.】

After taking down this 【Fist Giant Jin Gang】.

The Crawlers did not linger at all, but continued to swarm out in search of prey.

And Lu Cang, within the nest.

Four new flesh grubs hatched out.

Even if a few Crawlers had been killed, it didn't matter.

For Lu Cang, these were merely cannon-fodder troops he could produce at will.

Lu Cang now possessed nearly fifty embryo sacs, able to produce two hundred and fifty flesh grubs per minute.

Which was equivalent to producing the same number of Crawlers.

Once the flesh grubs were produced, they immediately differentiated into Crawlers and crawled out of the nest.

The regeneration speed of these troops, compared to other overlords of the same tier.

Could only be described as absurdly fast.
