Chapter 157: Amulet of Courage!

"What... what kind of item is it?!"

Mewtwo felt nervous for the first time. It had never had this feeling, but the legendary craftsman said that although he was not sure, he could actually propose such a solution. It should even be looked at from the other side—it should be said that such a thing actually has a certain degree of certainty!

【First of all, what I want to give you is Courage Pollen!】

【If you, like other psychics, peep at me for no reason, you should see a special, very beautiful Pokémon beside me, right?】

"..." Mewtwo didn't know how to answer.

Peeping... this was really done!

Thinking about it this way, it was quite shameless. After all, the shopkeeper also said he didn't want to be peeped at. If he was tortured in the psychic group every day like that human Elite Four, it would be a bit shameful.

If he said he didn't peep, it would be a lie, which would violate his dignity!

Fortunately, Xiang Guangtai didn't continue this topic, but introduced the role of this pollen to Mewtwo, and indicated that through special crafts, maybe it could be processed again!

【The Hisuian form of Lilligant releases a fragrance that inspires courage and confidence from the flowers on her head. Those pollens are materials called Courage Pollen. Depending on the composition of the soil, the floral fragrance will be slightly different. Now, just process it a little...】

【To make it easier for you to carry, I made it into the shape of a gem amulet! This is the "Amulet of Courage"!】

【I also used a special carving style, which can further soothe your heart and strengthen your psychic power.】

【Speaking of which, do you know the Pokémon called "Braviary"? They have a brave personality that is not afraid of death, and are brave and proud Pokémon. They will fight for their partners regardless of danger, and will never give up fighting no matter how heavy the injury is, and are proud of it.】

【I also inserted the feathers of Braviary on the amulet. So, I hope you can also overcome your psychological barriers, summon the courage to move forward constantly. If you don't have a goal for the time being, don't worry, go experience the world more, just like those young boys and girls, embark on an unknown journey, meet new people and Pokémon, and understand their stories.】

【If you have already completed your own journey, then I hope you can move toward a brand-new life. Sometimes starting over and trying things you haven't done before is also a challenge and a healing for the heart. If you can find your own goal from it, that would be great.】

【Secondly, I want to give you a white stone.】

【The full name of this stone is "Bai Shi of Gratitude." According to legends passed down since ancient times, as long as you carve words of gratitude on this stone, you can accurately convey your gratitude to your friends.】

【You, are very grateful to that girl named Amber, right? Do you have anything you want to say to her? If you are willing, you can project her appearance through your psychic power, and I can use the Bai Shi of Gratitude to carve her appearance. After that, it will be up to you to write down the words of gratitude.】

【In this way, no matter where she is, she will definitely hear your call, even if she has passed away, even across hundreds of years of long time. It can definitely be conveyed to her heart.】

Mewtwo's breathing stopped slightly. What Xiang Guangtai said was too dreamy.

Even "Mew" itself wouldn't dare to say it could do this kind of thing!

Across hundreds of years... no, it doesn't need to be that long!

Just... ten years or so is enough!

After experiencing a period of travel, Mewtwo fully realized that this world has idealistic power that transcends logic. From the young boy named Ash being resurrected by the tears of Pokémon, to witnessing and experiencing some things on other lands later...

"I want to see her, I really want to thank her. Yes, this kind of emotion is 'gratitude'! I can finally say it. I don't know why, but that kind of sadness and emotion keeps surging in my heart. I hope you... help me!"

Mewtwo projected a scene from its memory with psychic power, directly mapped it into the Pokémon device to generate a photo. Mewtwo thought for a while and also mapped the other three Pokémon partners from the past.

Those were Charmander, Squirtle, and Bulbasaur with patterns different from regular Pokémon. They also had the code name 2.

【I will try my best. However, even if I don't succeed, I can tell you some new methods that might allow you to see her. I know many, many... Although I don't guarantee that every one of them can be completely successful, but... as long as one succeeds, it will be no problem, right?】

"Many methods to see the deceased..." Mewtwo smiled and muttered to itself.

The shopkeeper is really a big talker.

Although it knows that the shopkeeper is a special human who returned from the Spirit Realm, saying that he can see the deceased repeatedly, is it treating the Spirit Realm as a public hall?

What's more, Amber-2 might not necessarily have gone to the Spirit Realm, because, in memory, she might not have had an actual soul...

But Mewtwo still expressed its gratitude to Xiang Guangtai.

"Sorry, just because of my casual question, I caused you so much trouble... these items, I will pay for them."

【No, no need. Although the purpose of making items is to make money, some things are more important than making money. Before you completely abandon my shop, I still want to leave some good impressions on you customers.】

Mewtwo smiled helplessly.

After contacting many humans, one can find that many humans are actually interesting guys.

After chatting with Xiang Guangtai, Mewtwo felt that the depression that had suddenly surged in its heart gradually dissipated. This time, except for the inexplicable impulse to see Amber, what remained was really just peace.

However, in this state, the power of the spirit was rising!

"Psychic power is related to the power of the heart. The more withdrawn a psychic is, the stronger the psychic power will be. This is also true for psychic Pokémon, but in fact, the purer the heart, the stronger the psychic power will gradually become."

"So, Pokémon like Mew, who have pure hearts and are very simple, will possess the most powerful psychic power."

Mewtwo muttered, feeling a trace of drowsiness.

This is very incredible. It is a Pokémon that can stay awake for many days. Many psychic Pokémon will use meditation to replace sleep, so they don't need to sleep.

Of course, this is not all the case.

But... Mewtwo thought of the slumber in the past. When it was created as a genetic Pokémon, as a clone of Mew, it had been sleeping, slumbering, and sleeping... that was the forced sleep by humans, and in the dream, it saw Amber and three Pokémon partners.

The memory gradually became clear and bright!

And now... perhaps after many years, choosing to sleep again is a good thing.

Before falling asleep, Mewtwo used psychic power to take the special amulet.

The appearance is orange-red, as if made of some kind of gem. It places special powder in the core of the stone, exuding bursts of fragrance that inspire courage and the heart!

If Mewtwo had Xiang Guangtai's ability, it would see—

【Craft Item: Amulet of Courage!】

【Description: A special amulet made using courage powder and fragments of ancient rocks, Sun Stone, and Fire Stone. It is blessed by the Guardian Stone, stimulating its power, enabling it to bring protection to the holder! After the processing of the mysterious craftsman, for some reason, strange sun-like emblem patterns are also carved on it, decorated in the style of the ancient city, increasing its artistic quality. At the same time, it can connect the hearts of humans and Pokémon and seems to have some amplification effects.】

【Effect: Can significantly increase the holder's courage! Make them full of confidence in the face of any predicament, stimulate inner power, and inspire will! Eliminate some negative emotions, Hope +20%, Willpower +50%, Courage +100%!】

"Sun symbol... just like what Amber said, the sun gives us light and heat."

"Should I... praise it?"

Mewtwo closed its eyes contentedly, entered sleep in the posture of meditation by the rippling Mirror Lake in the underground of Mt. Silver, where no one knew.

The dream suddenly became pink.
