Chapter 11: Drunk Kaido, Secondary Awakening Potion

Luode nodded and returned to the cabin arranged for him by the Beasts Pirates to rest.

After sailing for several days on the ship, everyone finally arrived at the destination of this trip, Wano Country.

At that moment on Onigashima, a large group of minor pirates knelt on the ground, not daring to breathe; a man about seven meters tall, wearing a pair of huge bovine horns, bare-chested, with a wine flask at his waist, lay on the ground snoring loudly.

The smell of wine sprayed from Kaido's mouth, filling the entire Onigashima with its aroma.

Luode frowned, thinking, "Damn, how much alcohol did this guy drink?" "Geez, just now he said he wanted to see this amazing kid, but he ended up getting drunk and passing out." Looking at Kaido's drunken state, Kuinyin spoke somewhat speechlessly.

"Shh! Big Brother Kuinyin, don't wake the boss; when he gets drunk and goes crazy, he's extremely dangerous," a low-ranking Beasts Pirates member said, terrified.

"No need for that hassle; just give him this potion to drink," Luode said, producing a bottle of blue-green potion.

"What is this?"

"It's a potion that can refresh a person, called Secondary Awakening Potion; it can restore one's spirit, and you can take it if your mental state isn't great," Luode said.

Secondary Awakening Potion is a must-have for spellcasting professionals; drinking a bottle in non-combat conditions can refresh the mind and slowly restore some of one's magical power.

Using it to help Kaido sober up poses no problem; this potion can instantly clear one's mind, thoroughly, and also relieve certain mental fatigue.

"That amazing? I'll give it a try, but I'll say this first: if Boss Kaido goes on a drunken rampage, it's terrifying," Kuinyin said.

"Don't worry! I can't guarantee anything else, but his mind will surely clear. This thing is called Secondary Awakening Potion; of course, to be safe, let him drink a few more bottles," Luode said.

He also took out two sets of Awakening Potions, each set containing ten vials; twenty vials should be enough to revive this big guy.
