Chapter 122: Destroying the Rune Cannons

The gate of the Fourth Defense Zone Inner City.

Li Shuangjun was leading his subordinates to shoot down the charging Orcs when Xindi's Guard found him and spoke quickly.

"The Commander's order: hold the Inner City gate. If the Orcs outside make any unusual moves, stop them at all costs. The gate must not be damaged any further..."

"Boom, boom, boom!"

Before the Guard could finish speaking, the sound of explosions came from outside the gate again. The dust and smoke raised by the blasts made Li Shuangjun and the others squint their eyes.

These Orcs also charged into the Inner City gate and opened fire on the Human Alliance soldiers. Orcs kept falling at the gap, but the Orcs behind used their corpses as cover, throwing Beast Race Hand Grenades toward Li Shuangjun's side from time to time.

Only one of the four City Defense Cannons was destroyed by the reacting Beast Race, while the other three began firing at the Flesh Siege Towers connected to the city wall.

After the Beast Race lost their fire support and their siege towers attacking the city wall were destroyed by these Two-legged Sheep's City Defense Cannons, the decline on the city wall could no longer be reversed.

Seeing that these Two-legged Sheep had actually hidden three City Defense Cannons, Mailun's eyes widened, and then he said with agitation, "How is this possible?
