Chapter 427: Gravity Field

On the other side, Maike watched that tall Two-legged Sheep clad in silver-white Armor charging toward him, and said to the Orc Guard beside him.

"Stop that Two-legged Sheep! Quickly!"

Although these Orc Guards were very reluctant in their hearts, hindered by the other party's status as a Priest, they could only bite the bullet, turn their inner reluctance into roars, and raise the Rune Battle Axes in their hands to charge toward the Two-legged Sheep clad in silver-white Armor.

"Brothers! That Two-legged Sheep is only one, we outnumber him! Kill it!"

The lead Orc Guard roared as he charged toward Taigehe'er. Seeing this, Taigehe'er had Psionic energy surging around him, and with a swing of the Heavenly Punishment Demon-Cleaving Halberd, a Psionic Attack directly annihilated all the Aliens charging toward him.

This group of Orc Guards didn't even let out a scream before they had already become shapeless corpses.

After feeling that Psychic Shock, runes appeared all over Maike's body, flying toward the charging silver-white Two-legged Sheep, while he himself summoned runes again, branding the runes onto his own body. The powerful strength of the runes made Maike feel as if his body were being roasted in a fire, scorching hot.

Watching the runes he threw being blocked by the Psionic Barrier that appeared in front of the Two-legged Sheep clad in silver-white Armor, Maike was incomparably anxious. At this moment, he kept urging the Rune Power on his body to circulate rapidly, when that Two-legged Sheep was still five meters away from him.

A powerful Rune Power erupted from around Maike, the powerful force causing the surrounding space to produce a trace of distortion, and pale blue runes circled Maike.

At this time, not only had Maike's figure become much stronger, but the erupted Rune Power also made the silver-white Two-legged Sheep charging toward him stop in his tracks.

"You Two-legged Sheep, your strength is truly strong, but, that's the end of it... I f***, why did you suddenly attack me!"

Before Maike's words were finished, Taigehe'er gripped the Heavenly Punishment Demon-Cleaving Halberd with both hands, and a Psionic bolt extended from the tip.

Although blocked by the runes around Maike, the Psionic energy erupted by the Psionic bolt also caused the Rune Power around Maike to become disordered.

"Thought it was something novel, just this? Die, Heretic!"

Seeing this Two-legged Sheep swing its weapon to slash at him again, Maike hurriedly retreated and released a black Gravity Rune.

Before the black Gravity Rune could attack Taigehe'er, it disappeared. Immediately after, Taigehe'er felt the gravity around him gradually becoming heavier, and the powerful gravity began to press down in a circle centered on himself.

Even so, Taigehe'er still charged toward Maike, the ground around him constantly sinking. Taigehe'er diverted the Psionic energy within his body to resist the gravity pressing down on him, and walked toward Maike step by step.

Maike looked at the scene before him in astonishment, his eyes filled with disbelief. This gravity had already pressed the ground around this Two-legged Sheep down more than two meters deep, and it was still pressing down, but this Two-legged Sheep was actually hard-carrying the gravity and walking forward. This... how is this possible?

How could a Two-legged Sheep's physical fitness withstand such powerful gravity? Another black Gravity Rune appeared in Maike's hand, and he looked at that silver-white Two-legged Sheep with vicious eyes.

"Since one Gravity Rune is not enough, then have another!"

Seeing that his distance had been closed enough, and seeing that Heretic's hand once again manifest that black rune, Taigehe'er began to circulate all the Psionic energy in his body, gripped the Heavenly Punishment Demon-Cleaving Halberd tightly with both hands, and chanted in a low voice.

"Where Heretics breed, I shall hold my Faith to the end! I am the Emperor's Angel of Death! I am a Grey Knight!"

A bolt of Psionic Lightning flew out from the gravity circle and struck Maike directly. Maike had just cast the Gravity Rune twice and was already very weak at this moment. Seeing that this Two-legged Sheep could still erupt with such an attack, he wanted to defend but it was already too late.

As the Psionic Lightning hit Maike, Maike's entire body turned into a charred corpse, and the second Gravity Rune also dissipated along with it. Taigehe'er also felt the gravity around him gradually slowing down, and hurriedly walked out of the deep pit.

Seeing that the Heretic hit by his attack was already a charred corpse, Taigehe'er, for the sake of insurance, still used the Heavenly Punishment Demon-Cleaving Halberd to finish him off, turning him into a pile of charred remains.

"Strange, why does this Heretic give me a strange feeling? Before we killed it, it seemed like it was already dead. However, this Heretic could actually control gravity. If the second black rune had fallen, I don't know how heavy it would have been."

Taigehe'er retracted the Heavenly Punishment Demon-Cleaving Halberd, took one last look at the ground, and turned to check on Huokan's situation.

Watching those Priest Apprentices continuously launching attacks at him, Huokan first hid behind the wreckage of a rune cannon, put away his Chainsword, walked out holding a Bolter, and opened fire at those Aliens.

The powerful firepower was blocked by the incoming runes for the most part, and only a small portion of the bolter rounds hit the Aliens.

Those Priest Apprentices who were unfortunately hit by the bolter rounds had a large hole blown into their bodies. Even though they had talismans to block one attack, the incoming bolter rounds were not just one.

Just at this moment, Huokan saw a black rune flying toward him. Huokan saw the bolter round pass directly through this rune, realized something was wrong in his heart, and dodged quickly. The next second, a Gravity Field expanded rapidly from the position where he had just been.

After a roll, Huokan was still enveloped by the force field that crushed over subsequently. His entire body sank rapidly along with the ground. The MK2 Power Armor supported Huokan in continuing to move away from the Gravity Field. At this time, Huokan was only a few steps away from the Gravity Field.

Rune attacks flew toward Huokan, striking his Power Armor. Huokan felt that his body was not as agile as before, but he still continued to move toward the edge of the field. The rune attacks he suffered on his body became more and more frequent, and Huokan was getting closer and closer to the edge of the field.

However, just as Huokan was about to step out of the Gravity Field, the Gravity Field suddenly moved, making Huokan much further away from the edge of the Gravity Field again.

The Priest Apprentice controlling the Gravity Field was bleeding from his seven orifices at this time. Seeing that the Two-legged Sheep clad in green Armor could still move after he moved the Gravity Field, he ignored the blood flowing out and said to the Priest Apprentice beside him.

"Quick, kill it! I can't hold on..."

Before the words were finished, this Priest Apprentice could not bear the consumption of the Gravity Field and exploded to death on the spot.

"I f***, dropping the chain at this time! I really f*** your f***!"

Huokan instantly felt his body lighten, and the Gravity Field that was oppressing him disappeared. Seeing this situation, Huokan did not hesitate. Just now, in order to attack him, these Aliens had already delivered themselves to his front; he had no reason not to kill them!

"Die! Aliens! For the Emperor! For the Lord of Fire Dragons!"
