Chapter 475: Maximum Power

On the other side, Kern Commissar inside the Chimera Armored Vehicle once again heard the report from the Chimera Armored Vehicle commander.

"Officer Kern, a powerful energy zone has appeared ahead of us, and its range is expanding; the terrain within the energy zone is sinking."

Upon hearing this news, Kern Commissar immediately asked.

"How far is that area from us? Is there any place we can detour?"

"There is, but that would mean we spend more time reaching the Alien positions!"

Kern Commissar looked at the Valhalla officers in the passenger cabin, and after a few seconds of Silence, he spoke.

"I believe this energy zone was triggered by the Astartes; they should deal with the Aliens very soon; rather than taking a detour, we might as well wait for a moment..."

Before Kern Commissar finished speaking, the voice of the Chimera Armored Vehicle commander came through the communication again.

"Officer Kern, the energy in the area ahead has begun to weaken."

After hearing the commander's words, the Valhalla Captain coughed lightly and said in a serious tone.

"Since the energy has begun to weaken, then we shall wait for a moment; once the energy in the area ahead weakens to the point where it does not significantly affect our troops, we will advance again!"

The other Valhalla officers nodded upon hearing this; after about half a minute, the Chimera Armored Vehicle began to advance again, following the armored troops into the energy zone that had just been there.
