Chapter 153: Registration Completed

Furthermore, this mission suggestion requires at least five shipgirls with a training level above 30. Achilles reminded Qin Ge.

Hearing Achilles' reminder, Qin Ge told her, "I think my fleet's size and training level are adequate."

Achilles glanced dubiously at Banrenma, "No way, according to past convention, a new commander should only have one or two shipgirls, maybe three if lucky, but their training levels aren't high."

"How can you have five shipgirls? And their training levels are all over 30?"

Qin Ge smiled, "Perhaps that's just what they call luck."

Achilles pursed her lips, "Oh, you're one of those Europeans they talk about, no wonder. But since you're so confident, you must already know what you're up against. Come with me, I'll take you to register for the mission; otherwise, if you run into others, they'll interrogate you for ages."

Qin Ge nodded with a smile, "Then I'll trouble you, Achilles."

"Hey, who made us so fond of helping others?" Achilles laughed; she was naturally lively, and just then she was only concealing Qin Ge's growth.

However, Achilles also knew some people shouldn't be probed, like the Qin Ge before her—after all, he was directly appointed as Grand Fleet Commander by Bureau Chief Qinglong.

Thus the three went to an unattended window, where the shipgirl seated inside was a Sakura Empire shipgirl—after all, those beast ears aren't found in every faction.

"Kako, help this Commander Qin Ge register for the mission." Achilles said to the shipgirl with brown hair tied in two braids and wearing glasses.

Kako lifted her head and glanced at Qin Ge, "Private commander? Achilles, here anyone taking a mission must be at least a petty officer commander."

Achilles smiled at Qin Ge, her expression saying, "See, without me you'd still have to explain yourself."

Thus Achilles told Kako, "This is Commander Qin Ge from the Commander Academy; he's out on a mission with the approval of the Dean, the Prince of Wales, and Bureau Chief Qinglong."

"Huh?" Kako gave Qin Ge a doubtful look, then suddenly realized, "I know, you're the commander of the New Sea Grand Fleet, right?"

"Yes." Qin Ge nodded at Kako.

"I know you." Kako smiled, "When I chatted with Bureau Chief Qinglong earlier, she told me about you. She said you'd definitely come to take a mission soon; I didn't believe it at first, but seeing you today, I really do."

"So can I hand over the mission here?" Qin Ge asked Kako.

"Of course." Kako nodded, "Others may not know, but I do: your fleet still has a max-level training Guanghui, so you can take any available mission here."

"Huh? Max-level training Guanghui?" Achilles looked at Qin Ge in surprise.

Qin Ge rubbed his nose, "Um, yes."

"Well, it's already remarkable for a newly built Grand Fleet to have a shipgirl over level 80 in training, and you even have a max-level Guanghui—that's why Bureau Chief Qinglong gave you special permission to create a Grand Fleet." Achilles said, as if she had seen through everything.

Qin Ge smiled and said nothing more, after all, Bureau Chief Qinglong had indeed had this reason when establishing the Star Sea Grand Fleet for him.

"So which mission did you choose?" Kako asked Qin Ge.

"I chose to support Doranwa Island." Qin Ge told Kako.

"Going to Doranwa Island, fine—I'll register you and issue a special certificate. After all, Doranwa Island is still rather dangerous; if I didn't give you a certificate, I'd worry the islanders would refuse to let you undertake the mission." Kako laughed.

"Then it's a hassle." Qin Ge said.

"No problem, hand over your commander's certificate; from now on, when you do missions here, you can directly accumulate mission points into that certificate." Kako told Qin Ge.

Qin Ge immediately pulled out a document from his coat pocket and handed it to Kako, then asked, "What are mission points?"

"Let me tell you." Before Kako could answer Achilles, she spoke to Qin Ge. Seeing Achilles explain to Qin Ge, Kako took his document and began registering.

"Mission points refer to the contributions a commander makes to Azure Lane during service; when the points reach a certain level, one can be promoted and receive corresponding welfare rewards."

"Furthermore, personal points accumulate into the Grand Fleet's total points. The ways a Grand Fleet earns points include routine mission commissions, killing Sirens, direct orders from the Donghuang Command, tree‑planting tasks from the Maritime Affairs Bureau, and so on. The higher the points, the greater the quota the Grand Fleet receives, and the more options it has for where to be stationed."

After Achilles finished explaining to Qin Ge, Kako had already prepared the mission commission form and, along with it, gave Qin Ge an additional strength certificate issued by the Maritime Affairs Bureau.

"All right, here you go. The points are just as Achilles said, so keep working hard and don't disappoint Bureau Chief Qinglong or the Prince of Wales Dean's expectations." Kako told Qin Ge.

"Of course, thank you very much, Kako, and also you, Achilles." Qin Ge said to the two.

"No problem, this is what we should do." The two smiled.

"Then I'll head back to the Academy to organize the fleet; by the way, when we return to submit the mission, will we still be here?" Qin Ge asked Kako.

"It's over there." Achilles said, "But when you come back, I'll definitely still be here—I'll take you over."

"Thanks a lot." Qin Ge said, waved at the two, took Banrenma and left the mission hall, exiting the Maritime Affairs Bureau through the main hall's entrance.

On the way back, Banrenma said to Qin Ge, "Commander, those two seniors are really impressive; also, this is a support mission—are you planning to take everyone?"

Qin Ge smiled, "Of course, this time we're all going out; although the mission has a minimum shipgirl requirement, it has no maximum. So in theory, we can bring any number of people."

"Then can we go with ten people this time?" Banrenma laughed.

"Hmm." Qin Ge nodded, "The Academy has no classes now, so we'll spend the remaining time training through combat."

"All right, Commander."
