Chapter 1975: Lighting the Wonder Dream in the Heart (Part 5)

~12 min read 2,232 words

"We must first formulate a strategy." Bruce looked at the map in his hand and said, "Popular projects are definitely going to have lines, so choosing to line up early is a good choice, but if we do this, it is difficult to avoid walking the same path repeatedly."

"So are you planning to go straight to the popular projects to reduce the playing time, or visit in order to avoid walking back and forth?"

Clark and Diana also looked at the map Bruce unfolded. This map is quite large, with a terrain map on the left and an introduction to the numbered projects on the right.

Magic Kingdom is divided into six areas: Tomorrowland, Frontierland, Fantasyland, Adventureland, Liberty Square, and Main Street, U. S. A.

How these areas are distributed specifically is not important. What is important is that there are three extremely popular mountain roller coasters here: Big Thunder Mountain, Splash Mountain, and Space Mountain.

Although these three roller coasters are called the most exciting projects in the magic world, to be honest, compared with those famous thrilling roller coasters whose tracks wish to be twisted into braids, they are still a bit small.

Diana discovered that they are now standing at the starting point of Main Street, U. S. A. If they continue to walk forward and turn right, they can enter Tomorrowland, where there is a recommended project, Space Mountain roller coaster.

Honestly, Diana is not interested in some princess stories. Except for the fact that she herself is a princess, she also knows clearly that placing all hope on a prince who may come is the stupidest thing in the world.

On the contrary, she is more interested in human technology. As a historian, she has some unique views on the vision of the future city of humanity.

So she said decisively: "Let's go to Tomorrowland first to ride the Space Mountain roller coaster, then go to play Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, then go to drive racing cars, and then go to listen to a talk show. I think it should be noon by then, so let's stay in Tomorrowland for lunch."

"I want to ride this." Clark pointed to a project in the picture with his finger. The other two looked carefully and found that it was a slow-speed track car that circled the entire Tomorrowland, commonly known as the sightseeing train.

Clark revealed a brilliant smile and then said: "I like to ride this kind of small train in every amusement park. It is a quite good way to relax, especially after you have lined up for three hours."

"This time we have a super fast-pass, but I think we can also ride it. After all, the external landscape architecture of every amusement park is quite worth appreciating."

After the three decided, they started to head toward Tomorrowland located on the east side of the Magic Kingdom without dawdling. Before they even walked out of Main Street, U. S. A., they saw a sea of people again.

"It seems they think the same as us. Tomorrowland must be the most interesting." Diana snapped her fingers and said with confidence.

Schiller and Lucifer's route was completely opposite to theirs. They decided to play through all the projects slowly in a clockwise direction according to their geographical location.

All areas in the magic world have very obvious style differences. For example, the Adventureland they went to first is completely jungle primitive style decoration. The ground is large irregular rocks, and there are various simulated decorative trees on both sides of the road, as well as rainforest-style plants appearing in every corner.

Today is a big sunny day. The two had only walked halfway on Main Street, U. S. A., and were almost sun-baked to death. Schiller looked left and right and found that a small shop next to it was selling all kinds of straw hats.

He first took a hat tied with a red spotted ribbon and put it on his head, and then took a very exaggerated pirate hat and pressed it on Lucifer's head.

Lucifer hurriedly took off the heavy hat and hung it back, looking at the dazzling array of hats in the shop.

"Hey, that captain's hat is very suitable for you!" The clerk jumped out from a small door next to it, pointed at Lucifer and said: "If you wear it to see Captain Jack, I can guarantee that he will be happy to appoint you as the first mate..."

"Wow, so you like this one?" The clerk immediately took the hat that Lucifer's eyes fell on. It was a hat printed with the pattern of the American flag.

"Honestly, you must wear this hat to Liberty Square to take a cruise ship. You will hear the great deeds of various presidents..."

"My God, you took a fancy to Peter Pan's hat." The clerk raised his tone again, jumping up and down and saying: "Put it on quickly and go fly with Peter Pan! Walking that way is it."

Finally, Schiller wore the straw hat, and Lucifer wore a hat with a dinosaur skull on it. I heard that wearing this hat can go to Splash Mountain to collect badges.

"I think this badge gameplay is very good." While walking toward Adventureland, Schiller said: "We can also leave some badges and collectibles in various game scenes. Collecting certain collectibles can exchange for points or other gifts."

"Please, leave some pure ideals for the heroes." Lucifer said very helplessly: "You must be planning to stuff more than three hundred badges in one game, and then tell them that they only collected a small part when they leave the game. If they want to continue collecting, they have to spend money to buy tickets for the second round."

"Look at this park." Schiller stretched out his arms and said: "This is the successful business model created. What protects the children's dreams? It is the continuous revenue here, it is every cent that all adults spend here!"

"Without income, it cannot be sustainable, so how can we talk about ideals? And three hundred badges is still too exaggerated. I actually only plan to stuff 99."

"And then there is a time limit, right?"

Schiller started to study the patterns on the simulated trees next to him.

Walking forward along the turn just now, you can see a huge tree with a treehouse built on it. This project is called Swiss Family Treehouse, but it is actually just a photo check-in spot.

Schiller took out his mobile phone and took a few pictures. The lush trees wrapped around the looming small wooden house, matched with various realistic wooden support structures, indeed had a bit of beauty of winding paths leading to secluded places.

Most importantly, starting from this project, there was more shade provided by the trees, and it was finally not like the assembly line conveyor belt of a sun-dried fish factory like Main Street, U. S. A.

Lucifer and Schiller stood under the trees of the Swiss Family Treehouse together, staring blankly at the small house for several minutes, breathing in the moist water vapor.

After resting for a while, they continued to move forward and came to a small square. The center of the square is the Magic Carpets of Aladdin project, but it is a high-low rotating car for children to sit on. It looks quite interesting, but because it is in public, very few adults without children will go to play.

Lucifer and Schiller met the actor of Aladdin here. It seemed that he was doing activities next to the amusement project. The two leaned over to see and found that it was a booth selling all kinds of scarves and blankets.

The temperature now is about 70 degrees Fahrenheit, which is 21 degrees Celsius. The season that needs scarves and blankets is still far away, but Lucifer still leaned over with great interest.

When Schiller asked him, he said he wanted to bring some gifts to the archangels in Heaven. However, due to copyright reasons, he couldn't bring back anything printed with Mickey Mouse patterns. Instead, this kind of bohemian-style blanket and scarf was no problem.

Lucifer picked out a blue checkered scarf for Michael, bought a black and orange blanket for Uriel, and then bought an extra brown one.

"Who is this for?" Schiller pointed to the last one and asked.

"Secret."

Immediately after, they came to the Jungle Cruise project. This project requires sitting on a small boat to tour in the primitive jungle. There are not many people in line, probably a dozen or so, so the two decided to play a round.

The line moved very quickly, and not long after, the two of them got on the boat. Compared with the jungle rafting projects in other amusement parks, this project was not very special.

Most of the plants in the jungle are real, but animals and the like are statues. In the center of the lake, you can see high temples, huge rocky mountains, and seaside construction camps.

The boat moved very slowly and was not thrilling enough, but the scenery was indeed good. After getting off the boat, Schiller said: "I think we should also arrange a similar project, allowing contestants to look at the scenery of other universes in a fixed means of transportation. This can well promote the sales of multiverse travel tickets. For example, I just wanted to go into that temple to see."

"Then you'd better choose the visiting location cautiously." Lucifer said: "The statues inside are fake, but the dangers in various universes are real. Think about it, if a dinosaur really rushed over in the jungle just now, our boat would be destroyed and we would die."

"Who told you I plan to make it real?" Schiller rolled his eyes and said: "Is it difficult to build a stage in the dream world? Anyway, it's just an immersive version of the promotional video."

"We can completely open large-scale expansion packs later, just call it Dream Journey or Illusory Realm Shuttle. Once people get on the boat, they start playing videos. Scenes like cosmic wars, superhero duels, spaceship casting, human ascension, etc., are all arranged. I don't believe they won't be interested."

"As for them not seeing these in other universes? That can only mean the universe is too big, or the timing of the war outbreak was not coincidental and you didn't catch up. Taking a step back, I called it Dream Journey, isn't the answer written on the title?"

"You are about to lower the dreamy atmosphere of the entire park by your own strength." Lucifer said unhappily.

After passing by the Swiss Family Treehouse and watching the bird performance for a while, they went straight to the next highlight, which is Pirates of the Caribbean.

In general, this is a project of sitting on a boat to visit scenes indoors, but as soon as they entered the room, the thick pirate atmosphere rushed toward them.

Tall tropical plants are lush, wooden barrels with metal iron hoops are piled into mountains, high and low wooden frames are connected by thick hemp ropes, and wooden boxes and parrot cages are placed below. Of course, there is no shortage of pirate curved knives and eye-catching jewelry.

After walking through the queuing area, sitting on the swaying wooden boat, in a dim yellow light, first pass through the damp and dark underground tunnel, listening to the whispers of the pirate camp coming from the ears.

The front suddenly opened up, and the pirate hut and the broken sunken ship came into view. The brilliant and bright tavern lights outlined the lively scene. Before they could quietly appreciate it, the pirate skeletons tied in the dark sea cave made people break out in cold sweat.

Following the flickering light of the oil lamp, the chandeliers covered with spider webs and the candle holders like ghost claws and the pirate skeletons drinking wantonly below make people feel as if they are in a mysterious realm.

Soon the light became dimmer, ripples swayed on the deep water surface, and suddenly under a spotlight, Captain Jack was admiring his ring.

"My good crew members, you must watch the treasures in your pockets carefully. Captain Jack Sparrow believes that everyone who dares to fight the waves is a real warrior!... uh, even if it is for treasure."

Accompanied by the small boat sinking into the seabed, the huge sea monster flew over their heads, the gray sunken ship, the colorful coral, the sea sirens singing mysterious songs, finally reached the land of treasure, but the warning of the imprisoned ghost made people see the curse light flickering on the treasure.

When the small boat finally followed the light beam and returned to the sea surface again, everyone on the boat was silent. The short visual blur brought by seeing the light again became the best interlude. Traveling through the water cave again, the rocky cliffs were actually made into sparkling gold by the sunlight, like the best treasure.

When the boat opened back to the starting point again, the people on the boat were silent. Schiller and Lucifer both forgot to take out their mobile phones to take pictures. They looked at each other and saw the other's thoughts from their own eyes.

"Let's go, play one more time." ===== CHAPTER 1976 =====
