Manipulation raised his eyelids and said, "Cooperating with an Evil God is extremely dangerous, but at the same time, the conditions an Evil God can offer are incredibly tempting; they can grant you power that far exceeds that of an ordinary person."

"Then what is the real killing blow?" Pride frowned and said, "Does little Bruce know about his mother's plan?"

"He wouldn't suddenly start investigating matters regarding his mother." Greed said, "He must have sensed something."

Greed continued to flip through the files and then saw a portion of the Bishop's speculation. He said, "The Bishop guesses that there is another force within the hotel originating from Cat Getan's local contamination."

"Are you talking about Barbatos?" Arrogance frowned again and looked at him, saying, "Martha should also know about the existence of Cat Getan's contamination. Even if she didn't know before, she should be able to see it after obtaining the Evil God's power. Is she trying to use the DC world's original power to deal with Nyarlathotep?"

"Then I'm afraid she miscalculated." Manipulation said, "Barbatos doesn't have enough weight. The only things that might be able to cause harm to an Outer God are those Archangels."

"Perhaps she isn't trying to cause harm." Greed said, "What is a mother's greatest demand? After Martha obtained a chance to breathe, the one she most wanted to save must have been her son."

Greed sighed softly and said, "No matter from which angle you look at it, Martha could not possibly have a chance to trade blows with Nyarlathotep. The gap between an ordinary person and an Outer God is too vast."
