Chapter 2611: Suspension for Investigation

Liu Lijuan took a pen and began to write on letterhead, which could be described as being very familiar with the process.

Comrade Hong Jinyan, according to the wool mill's discipline and management system, after study and decision by the company's party committee team, you are now being suspended for investigation, and a suspension investigation notice is being issued to you.

First, the factory's discipline inspection and supervision department recently received reports regarding your suspected illegal and disciplinary behavior. According to the report content, we are conducting a serious verification to ensure the facts are true and accurate.

Second, to ensure the investigation work is conducted fairly and objectively, we have decided to suspend you for investigation. From today, you will be suspended for fifty working days.

Third, your salary and welfare benefits during the suspension period will be executed according to the factory's relevant regulations. Your responsibilities and work content will be arranged by the factory party committee for other personnel to take over.

Fourth, we will conduct a comprehensive and rigorous investigation into your behavior. During the investigation period, you have the right to provide relevant evidence and explanations so that we can fully understand the case.

During the investigation period, we hope you can fully cooperate, provide relevant materials and information truthfully, and cooperate with our investigation work. If you have any special circumstances during the investigation, as long as it is a reasonable request, you can ask the investigation team for instructions and provide corresponding proof and explanations.

Fifth, according to the investigation results, the General Factory will make corresponding handling decisions based on national laws and regulations and internal management ordinances.

Handling will be based on the severity of the circumstances, which may involve warnings, admonitions, job transfers, salary reductions, or submission to the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection for further review; specific decisions will be made based on the investigation results.

Fifth, during the investigation period, we will protect your basic rights and interests to ensure your legitimate rights and interests are not infringed upon. If necessary, you can check national relevant laws and the wool mill's relevant systems at any time to understand the handling procedures and relevant regulations in detail.

Please understand that suspension for investigation is to maintain the normal operation of the wool mill and the overall interests of the employees, and is not a personal insult or persecution of you. We hope you will actively cooperate with the investigation work.

Please stop working immediately upon receiving this notice and cooperate with the investigation as required.

Reminding you again, please cooperate with the investigation team's investigation work and maintain a good cooperative attitude so that the investigation work can be completed smoothly as soon as possible.

In less than half an hour, Liu Lijuan drafted a detailed and rigorous suspension investigation notice for Hong Jinyan and handed it to Zhou Andong: "Factory Director, please take a look to see if it meets the requirements?"

Zhou Andong took the notice and looked at it, feeling a sigh in his heart. If he were to write this, he definitely couldn't have written it. He nodded with satisfaction and then handed the notice to Gu Bing, who was beside him, and instructed: "You check and confirm it again. If there's no problem, you can stamp it."

Zhou Andong, the factory director, had already checked the suspension investigation notice drafted by Liu Lijuan, so Gu Bing was too lazy to look at it in detail, only glancing at it roughly, and then took out the party committee seal he had prepared long ago. With only a crisp "ka" sound, the bright red official seal was clearly stamped on the paper.

Immediately after, he handed the stamped notice to Dai Weimin, because the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department was under Dai Weimin's charge, so Dai Weimin also solemnly picked up the special seal of the Supervision Department and stamped it forcefully on the suspension investigation notice.

After all, Hong Jinyan was a cadre at the department level and also a member of the party committee team, a factory leader in name and reality. Therefore, the suspension investigation procedure for Hong Jinyan had to be strictly executed according to regulations to avoid being caught by others.

Zhou Andong raised his wrist to look at his watch. It was not yet 7:00, so he turned to look at Kong Weimin and said seriously: "The arrest of Hong Jinyan and others must be fast and stable.

To prevent any accidents, in case they are not in the factory for some reason, causing unnecessary trouble for the arrest operation, the Secretary and I will go to Jinshiguang for investigation and research at 9:00 AM. You go back now and notify Hong Jinyan, Su Dali, and others."

"Yes!" Kong Weimin responded and got up to leave. He had never felt that his legs would have so much strength one day; he felt like he was walking with the wind, and he disappeared from the conference room in a flash.

Zhou Andong looked at Dai Weimin again: "Old Dai, you lead the team there yourself this time. To avoid any side issues, you call a few people from the Security Department, and then go directly to Jinshiguang."

"Good!" Dai Weimin nodded: "I'll go to the Security Department now."

"Wait!" Zhou Andong called out to Dai Weimin, who had already stood up and was preparing to leave: "No rush. To avoid leaking the news, call the people before the action, and then go directly to Jinshiguang.

In addition, my trip to Jinshiguang is also truly to conduct on-site research, so I need at least an hour and a half. I will convene a meeting of middle-level leaders at Jinshiguang at 10:00 AM, and you go to the conference room to arrest people at 10:40 AM."

Hearing Zhou Andong's words, Dai Weimin sat down again and took out a cigarette to pass around: "Factory Director, there won't be any problems with arresting Wen Simao, right?"

"The police have been watching Wen Simao; he definitely can't run." Zhou Andong took out his lighter and lit the cigarette: "Once the police catch Wen Simao, they will conduct a sudden interrogation, first of all, making him bite Hong Jinyan.

But Wen Simao is an old hand in the underworld; it won't be easy to make him open his mouth, and the police will definitely have to spend some time. So, after you arrest Hong Jinyan, you must also immediately conduct a sudden interrogation. If you can make her open her mouth first and bite Wen Simao, that would be even better."

"Understood!" A cold light flashed in Dai Weimin's eyes: "Give me two days; I will definitely make Hong Jinyan open her mouth."

Tian Hongwei hadn't spoken the whole time, but his heart couldn't calm down no matter what. Arresting Hong Jinyan was definitely his highlight moment; he would have something to brag about for the rest of his life.

At this time, more than ten people from the Supervision Office were waiting quietly in the office. They had already guessed who was to be arrested this time. After all, the person who could make the factory leadership run over for a meeting so early definitely couldn't have a low rank.

Plus, connecting it with the usual public opinion, and using the elimination method to exclude, this person's name was about to come out.

Therefore, everyone's face revealed an excited look. Because they had all prepared the money to buy shares, as long as these parasites in the factory were cleared out, the reform would start, and they would also be able to get dividends like the employees of Yugong Liquor Industry.

As for whether the wool mill could be brought back to life and return to its peak, they had never considered it. Mainly, they were too worshipful of Zhou Andong and had a blind trust, believing that as long as Zhou Andong was the factory director of the wool mill, the future of the wool mill would definitely be brilliant.

"I'm going to the bathroom; who's going?"

A young man stood up and looked at the others.

"I'm going!" Another young man said, and the two left the office, and then they saw Kong Weimin disappear in a hurry at the stairwell. ===== CHAPTER 2612 =====
